Question about the haka thing. Is the other team obligated to stand and watch per the rules? Do they watch as a sign of respect? Do they watch as a way to show the All Blacks that they aren't intimidated? Just wondering. I know very little about the sport but it looks badass.

Sorry, but that's not the way it works. Yes, it would possibly have been a try (like 95% that's a try if it goes wide). But that's not good enough. It needs to be a probable try. This means that effectively the player needs a clear run in with no cover in behind at all. How many on 1 doesn't matter, it needs to be clear run to the line. Otherwise you can't guarantee that it would probably have been a try. Many attackers have cocked up a 2 or 3 on 1 before.
I'm 20- mins in. Please tell me someone takes the Sir's whistle away. Let the match go. All these people paid to watch rugby, not hear your voice every 10 seconds. Seriously.
All Blacks certainly did not deserve to win ( even if the ref favoured the Boks), just after half time they had 18 errors and 12 turnovers and I can think of only twice they caught a high ball all game. Lucky !
refs need to sort out the contact in the air situation if both teams are aloud to compete for the ball then contact gonna happen if vermulen didnt do anytrhing wrong whys it even a pen

Amazing game. So much more entertaining than football. Great flow and hardly ever a dull moment.
I don't know the first 20-25 minutes of the second half was very stop-start. Definitely picked up after 70 min mark though!
