- Turns out Service Cloud's Email-to-Case feature lets you start email threads from the case itself. Although it's called Email-to-Case, it's functionality lets you make the case first and then the outbound email.

Hello, in case record, in feed tap 1) post 2) email but email is missing from my org what is the solution
Hello, I'm facing a problem here. I don't want the ThreadID showing in the Subject and the Body of the email. Problem is that if I disable both, when I try to reply to the thread, a new case is created every time. Is there a way to "hide" that ThreadID string? Maybe trough CSS?
