a qualidade do som do sepultura hoje é melhor que o metallica e há muito tempo já. Mas os caras tiverem a humildade de parar em um bom momento na carreira , já os caras do metallica vão tocar até mumificar

I 80% agree with this statement. Derrick isn't the issue, not having a second guitar on Max songs is just sacrilegious. I have saw Sepultura the first time during the Chaos AD tour and those songs are just thinner. It's like the second guitarist's amp went offline.
The Derrick era songs are just fine, because they were made for a single guitar.
The 80% is 20% Singer, 20% Guitar, 20% Bass, 20% Drums. Add the second guitar, that would make it 100% ;-)
That being said, wife and I have tickets for Thursday in Atlanta and the last time we saw them was in Bratslava, Slovakia 2 years ago. Still a killer show.
@@rssadlier I used to think the same, but now I realize how good it is to have only one guitar holding everything and even having so the blank parts on the live performance. It is a Dimabeg Pantera kind of feeling 🔥

Nah. Not at all brah. I saw Sepultura in 1994 Chaos A.D. tour. It’s not even close to the same. I’ve been a Sepultura fan since 1992-93 and once Max left I left I just couldn’t love it the same anymore 🤷🏼♂️
@25mmapdst Then again, even if Max was still in the lineup it still wouldn't be the same. A band is never going to be as good 40 years after their peak.

Absolutely brilliant. I’m seeing sepultura in London later this year, can’t wait. I saw Soulfly this year In London as well, they were incredible. I love both original sepultura, new sepultura and Soulfly. The first two cavalera conspiracy albums were awesome as well. Love to all sepultura fans 🤘. Thanks for the video.

Com Greyson as músicas deram uma leve acelerada, o que é muito bom pq sepultura é isso aí peso e velocidade, com Eloy ela era cadenciadas demais ao vivo.

Dumb comment. Max was in Sepultura for 12 years, Derrick has been in Sepultura for nearly 3 decades (and hasn’t ruined himself with booze like Max did). Love early Sepultura but the current iteration of the band is a lean mean metal machine. Don’t like it? Go watch another vid then.

@@MrRandy7240 You could count Paulo Jr. as an original member, as there were some member changes beforehand but they didn't release an Album without him. Andreas Kisser only is a member of the band since Schizophrenia, their second album.

Esta mistura ficou boa, Sulamericanos e Norteamericanos tanto ao certo que o Eloy foi para o Slipknot e quão poderoso resurgiram. Está sensacional mas como brasileiro, e principalmente da terra natal do Sepultura e o Sarcófago que é o estado de Minas Gerais que sou, sinto muita falta do que realmente foi o Sepultura no passado. Muitos aqui sabem o que eu estou dizendo.
How can a band operates with only one guitar (beside the bass) ?
If that guitar decides to do the rhythm, we will miss the lead, and vice versa, it's so ridiculous, why don't they bring some one else since Derrick can't play ?
Am a long sepultura fan, but since max left I truly can't fathom what they are doing for the past 25 years.

Saw sepultra coming to UK for a final tour was thinking about getting tickets but thought it's not the same without max ...then I saw this and I'm glad I didn't buy tickets ..it's just not the same ☹️ ..if there's ever a reunion tour il be there ! but not for this

Los rumores desde antes de la salida de Eloy apuntaban a este tour de despedida para regresar el próximo año a girar junto a los cavalera.
aunque será difícil para ellos ya que ni entre los mismos cavalera se soportan ...
