Eric you really are the best. You get how one thing affects the other. I am a long time follower of Yamuna Zake. Please look her up. She is brilliant as you are and listen to what she has to say about the feet. How important it is to work on them and how many issues come as a result of the neglect. Thank you for your dedication.
It's astounding how fast a body can go south once one part is compromised. It's true everything is interconnected. Thanks for this link to help with my arthritic condition.
This is awesome. I’m a professional freelance ballerina and have been trying to get help for my knee arthritis and muscle imbalance for months but can’t get into PT because of insurance issues - one provider said it would cost over $1000 😮. I found your videos online, in one week I am seeing big results in my muscle tone, improvement in atrophied areas and decrease in pain. You are literally allowing me to finish my retirement season. I cannot thank you enough. ❤
Eric, ASMR is very interesting to me because before my knee problem started I went to a chiropractor because of a kind of paresthesia/numb feeling on the bottom of my FOOT. No doctors knew what it was or how it was related to the knee pain. Since my inee problem sarted I went to PT in a local hospital where they increased my knee pain by about 500%. I started doing yoga stretches for sciatica that helped but still have a nagging pain. Then I went to an orthopod who sent me to a different PT but I had mor.e pain at the end of the day after the therapy sessions. I have helped myself partially by doing yoga for sciatica. I tried your 10 exercises and instead of more pain in the evening I had less. Appreciate your professional videos. I live in Miami.
Based on beginner's exercise #3 (seated tibial rotation) I have started to walk by alternately coming down on the right side of the foot, then the left, turning the foot slightly to the right or left. This seems to noticeably improve knee pain when walking normally. My knee arthritis affects only my right knee so far (I'm 77) and the slight ankle twist I'm practising to the right or left is difficult to explain in words. But I can feel certain muscles being exercised probably for the first time in years.
Hi Eric, I cannot thank you enough for all the effort put into these videos. Would these exercises help with knee cracklings? Both my knees crackle when doing a sumo squat.

Hi Coach E Your videos and guidance has helped me a lot and thanks so much for them and the beautiful and light energy you carry with you In September this year a doctor diagnosed me with chondromalacia patella in my left knee and that news is hitting me hard. It very likely came about in December 2020 after I foolishly only used my left leg for for 7-9 days whilst trying to heal my right ankle (I was kind of told after an MRI that I had a broken ankle and should really rest but later it was better explained to me that it was a bone bruise (happened in July 2020 and was the reason for the MRI) The subsequent months I took things way too easy and was not at all proactive enough in my recovery and limped a bit and leaned a bit too much on my left leg. Since May 2020 I have been walking, cycling, doing yoga and some rehab exercises for my ankle (your ankle dorsiflexion video was really helpful) and I think the bone bruise is healing, albeit very very very slowly. I did not really notice much trouble in my left knee all that time. However, after the diagnosis I became more aware of it and e.g. if I put my hand over my knee whilst cycling I can feel some restrictions and that some things there kind of overlap when I pedal and do not move 100 percent smoothly. I also for 2-4 days tried too haphazardly and agreesively to rehab this on my own and I seem to have aggravated my left knee and now its giving me some pain and interfering a bit with how I move around. Ruminating about this problem led me to write this and of course I dont expect feedback to my ramblings about my injury. Its easy to become scared about how chondromalacia patella may affect one´s life and I´m just trying to somehow help myself in this situation by writing this comment on youtube. All the best and thanks again so much for all the wonderful work you are doing!

Hi! I have a lot of joint issues all across my body. (achilles, knees, lower back, tennis elbow, pectorals, shoulders, etc...). I guess you could say that I'm pretty beaten up. I've long ignored these pains, for they didn't cause many issues in my active life; just I haven't been able to work out in the gym since. I want to start getting into self physical therapy since I can't pay for a physical therapist because I'm a college student and most of my money is going towards paying for school. That being said, I've tried a full-body-self-therapy session, but that ended up taking 3+ hours to complete. I know a lot of these routines require to be done daily with progressive overload, but is it possible to divide my focus in half and do half of my body on one day and the other on another day(like upper and lower body split), and still get the same effects? I gotta do something. I don't want to be worrying about joint pain as much when I'm older. Kind regards!

Should I chill on this exercise for my right leg until I resolve this issue, or will it affect my progress to the next phase? Thanks so much, you’re work is invaluable!
