Kevin, I think everyone is right: you asked Rachel to tell the story of how/why y'all have goats, but seconds later, you took over. I loved the way Rachel smiled at you from behind you nearly the whole time. You two are so funny.
I was going to mention that but I didn’t want to be negative on another video, I’ve called him out on the last couple of videos. Even though Kevin takes over I love this couple, their love and happy relationship shines through even with the dismissals of what Rachel says. If it’s anything like mine, also 20 years, Kevin will come around to Rachel’s idea, we just have to give these men time to process it. The vast majority of stuff I’ve suggested have later been given the “that was a good idea” manly approval. 😂

I have been married for 47 years and because I am a nurse, the ring got caught in the sheets when making hospital beds, I stopped wearing it. It feels strange if I put it on. Hubby got his caught on a nail when he slipped off a ladder and it almost pulled off his finger so he hasn’t worn his for 45 years. Our rings are together in a secure place.
I am a retired electrical technician and I was not allowed to wear my rings or Jewelry and it was strange to not wear and then try to remember to wear them. My husband passed in 2021 so now that I’m retired I’m a widow . ❤ but it was always important to me but never traditional for me to be with a ring .
This year in May we will have been married 48 years can’t believe it has been that long! The years have flown by amazing. I too was a nurse till I retired. Yes the rings were always getting in trouble. I took my rings off believing they would be safe well for At least 6 months. I finally found them in my safe place. On the small phone jack for the landline.😅 I was so relieved. How silly I was to think being a mom of 5 children and working, that I would remember!😂 Thank God it ended well.

All you have to do is trim the long feathers on one wing of each chicken. That throws them off balance and they can't fly.

I lost a ring by whipping my hands dry at a restaurant. Also a friend lost her wedding rings when riding in their speed boat and putting her hand in the water while speeding. The force of the water took it off . I’ll be praying for you. The comment about the mettle detector is a great idea. I think you can actually hire a person to do it for you. May our good Lord help you find it.😊

My sister lost her ring watering hedges …she remembered shaking water off her hands (slinging off the water) - off went the ring - searched! It was found years later in the same area - just glistening in the sun! Prayers you find it.

Think of the stupidest place in the world, it would never be; and look there. I wonder if the ring isn’t in the car hidden in some stupid spot if you just noticed it when you were with Brandy at the restaurant ? That’s where you became aware . I love it when Rachel teases Kevin. He’s afraid that we won’t know that she’s joking; and we’re all sitting here giggling. I love that green color and I might want to use basil.😂Lol

Kevin, I lost my original birth certificate that my mom got from hospital when I was born. I know it's somewhere at my house but heaven help me if I can find it. Maybe when I get totally moved to my townhouse and unpack I will find it.

That's what used to happen when I was a kid. I would lose my house key that I would keep around my neck. And then I would panic looking for it, then I would pray Because I did not want to let my dad down again for losing my key. After I prayed, I would find the key. It was when I first started praying in my life.

Cora is such a sweet mama! I hope Rachel finds her ring! When she does I saw this beautiful ring necklace. You can easily slip the ring on and off when needed and you can keep your ring with you when you're doing hard work.

My wife lost hers twice. Once in our yard and once in a lake. Metal detectors found it both time. The lake incident was a wonderful blessing of the right people being in the right place. Then I lost mine in loaf of bread. Then I lost it in huston...never to be found. Replaced it. We can hear you just fine.

Check your bed, under your pillows and around your bed. I often play with my rings when I sleep and sometimes unknowingly take them off. Have found them in my bed everytime! Good luck Rachel!

😢my husband lost his wedding band while taking the trash out. Ten years later, I had the garden torn out near our trash can area. The landscaper found his ring. 😃I hope you find yours sooner.

We just rescued a great peronaise that someone dumped in the country near our house. How sad he was wandering around for days. We thought he just got loose from someone's farm. Now he is groomed, happy with all our animal family and sweet as can be. Reminds me of Mojo.

Its a sickening gut wrenching feeling. Im sooo sorry. I will be praying for you to find it.
The ring spacers on amazon are fairly comfortable but they feel tight at first, that good because they give after a week or 2 and the ring is snug but comfortable. ❤ i so hope you find it. ❤

My boyfriend at the time gave me that heart shaped ring for Valentine's Day. Always keep hope. I remembered Kevin saying y'all went fishing at the lake recently. Maybe look there after the trash can. Don't give up. Take your sniffer dog(s) with you too. Look in the cars you've been in lately. Kaia is a great helper. Backtrack your steps the best you can while fresh in mind. I pray your ring turns up Rachel . Don't give up hope my grate grandma lost her wedding ring in her garden back in 1973. I was only 13 years old at that time and I remember us looking for it many years every time we would plant or working the garden . Then 3 years ago I was planting a tomato plant and when I started pouring water around the plant there all shinny was her wedding band .

Rachel, I really hope that you find your ring! It can be very upsetting to lose something you treasure with all your heart. The chicken coop looks gorgeous! LOVE it! Maybe you could decorate it with some chicken signs & or some pots with flowers. Clipping their wings might be time consuming but, it might be worth it in the long run. When I was a little Boy, one day my Dad was killing some Chickens and He asked me to hold one .So I did and as he cut the Head of the Chicken.As I realized what happened I let go of the Chicken it flew away lol.My Mom gave my Dad heck for it.The Chicken Coop looks great. Good choice of Colour.

Paint is expensive any more. I have to buy some for my grandson to paint my front door next month I have a white house and black imitation shutters at each side of my windows I want my front door painted a semi gloss black it currently is painted oak color I don't have any idea as to how much to buy for the door frame and inside and outside of the door we have never painted the door since we bought the house in 1971.
That green is a perfect shade for that chicken coop, looks terrific.
❤❤I love the coop, but don't plant a flower garden in the ground because the chickens will, have it scratched up in no time! I would get 1/2 whiskey barrels or a metal raised garden frame and plant in them. One brand of metal raised garden bed even is almost the same green as your coop! ❤❤😊

Don't forget to look for the ring in your bed and around the bed. It might of fallen off when you were sleeping. ALSO.....You do know that you can clip the wings of the chickens so they won't fly up high enough to jump the fence. Just a suggestion!

re- new your wedding vows to replace the ring. You could put netting over the top of chicken coop to stop hawks getting your chickens and stop them flying out

Loved the color you chose for the chicken coup. If you clip the chickens wings when you put them in maybe they will forget they can fly out when their wings grow back. But if they do you’d only have to clip the ones that do attempt an escape so not all will have to be redone. But good luck on catching them to put them in…can’t wait to see that! Lol
