Severity of symptoms can vary. The hallmark of NPD is grandiosity, or a heightened and unreasonable sense of self-importance. This is what sets it apart from other personality disorders which can share the same or similar symptoms. Grandiosity is unique to NPD.
*require constant and excessive admiration
*feel like they deserve privileges and special treatment
*expect to be recognized as superior without achievements or education in that area
*exaggerate their achievements and successes
*preoccupied with the “ideal”
*believe they are superior to others and can only be understood by equally special people
Traits do NOT equal the personality disorder!

Possibly! There are other personality disorders and they do tend to overlap symptoms, but so do some other mental health diagnoses!
I have seen it surmised that he had Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (which is distinct from obsessive-compulsive disorder).
CEOs tend to have at least narcissistic traits if not fully the personality disorder.
