    Can we all take a second and be greatful for dope security guards who help crowd surfers get down without hurting themselves. They get kicked, punched, and just a hardcore work out in without even being able to see the show.
    I had a security guard cave a mans nose in once for me when I was like 13 in 2003 at an all american rejects concert. I was crowd surfing. Accidentally kicked a guy on my way down and the guy started punching me in the back of the head. The guy was weak AF I honestly didn't notice the first punch. I thought it was the security guard tapping me trying to get me to move since I was putting my shoe on. I looked up and caught a second punch to the cheek/ear still didn't hurt but the guy was red in the face just super angry and probably drunk. The security guard looked at me, a kid at the time, looked at the asshole and decked him square in the nose it knocked him on his ass, and the crowd dragged him away from the front.

    For any guitarists out there, does Tim anchor his wrist?! Looks like he anchored the entire opening solo. Not that there’s anything wrong about it but most people say it limits speed an Henson is one of the best players out there so 🤷🏻‍♂️

      @Jarred Kiser I agree. It’s not just about technical skill (even though he’s a fucking beast at that too), it’s also about creativity, innovation and composition. As a complete package, he’s easily in my top 10 guitarists. Perhaps my #1.

    • @johnnycbad
      @johnnycbad 2 роки тому

      Can't say for certain if he anchors, I think not personally. It's just that his wrist/arm doesn't move much since he's hybrid picking a lot of the time. Index finger/thumb holds the plectrum and plays the lower strings whilst other fingers play the higher strings.

    • @selendile030
      @selendile030 2 роки тому

      @@johnnycbad yeah he def does that but look at some licks where he doesn’t hybrid pick. The opening solo for example, his hand position doesn’t move at all it seems.
