Nicely done J! I would like to have seen how those dovetails fit together.

Wow! You know, I've seen the ones for sale online but, I never thought to make my own...very well done friend. And I LOVE the board stuck across the dovetails as a guide for chiseling that out. I had done something similar before but I like the idea of STICKING it with tape. You are truly talented sir. Great video as well...everything was easy to follow and clear.

We'll make a hand tool woodworker of you yet J. Nice jig. Regards Jim UK. PS ditch the Router, not required.

Nice guide. I made one but don't use it any more. Now make all by hand tools. No router. The joy of the journey is even greater.

hi, thank you for a very good idea , is it possible to have the sizes of the wood you used and the width of both the jigs ?

If I am not mistaken, most dovetail angle ratios are 1:6, 1:7, or 1:8...the 14° angle on this jig is like 1:4

Please, tell me, what is the white wood you are using? I watch your videos and I noticed you often use this wood. Is it coming from China or Corea?

Very complicate and time consuming. You have a router. Use it wisely

    Why the magnets? 🤔

  • @Hasloewer

Much too complicated. Use the router first and the chisel for the finishing instead.
