I’m a healthy wealthy millionaire
The problem with these markets and food strucks is they are selling items at the same price or even more then brick and motar stores. These stores have WAY more overhead than these tents and trucks, and before anyone jumps down my throat, yes the trucks have loan payments, but they don't have property taxes or electricity, water and sewer, trash pickup and so on. Im sure you catch my drift. Im happy it is a way for local cooks to get their name out there and to save up to get a B&M, but I'm not paying premium prices for their food...
