I had A11 Master, great vac. Gave it to nephew and replaced with A10 Hero which work just as well. Every use I vacuum the pre-filter. If washed a shop vac will dry the filter in a couple minutes. Vacuums are air handling machines which I take care of. Tineco makes a great product.

I’ve had the S11 since June 2022 and have loved it. I bought a basic version then added the hardwood roller, extra prefilter and the prefilter cleaning attachment. Should have bought the Tango version to start with. I’m considering giving my S11 to one of my kids and buying a new one. I’d really like the freestanding floor mount and the no tangle power head on the S15 but with a smaller dustbin and no dedicated hardwood roller brush, I think I’d be backing up a bit. I can’t find a hardwood roller option for the S15 and haven’t found a prefilter cleaning attachment for it either. Does the S15 use the same prefilter as the S11? How would you compare the S15 to the S11? The area I use it is all hardwood with some throw rugs and also on hardwood stairs. We have shedding pets in the house too. I’m almost leaning to another S11 but I really prefer that freestanding floor base the S15 has.
Sat through less than 3 mins of your video. It felt like 30 minutes. There is a better way you can relay the information you want to without being so dry. (Like that noise you keep making with your mouth) have a glass of water)

Hmmm. Not entirely sure but I don't think any of the S15 models include that accessory.

Don't like it, it does constantly when i tried it at home. I will get a dyson instead, much better machine!
