Exceptional! Exciting!
Never owned a weatherby rifle….. after watching this that’s about to change! Everything I’d want in a rifle. 7 PRC HERE WE COME
7.5 twist in .243 Win...fantastic Weatherby! You guys been paying attention to the market needs and new bullets.
Makes me think they are brewing up a 6mm rpm..
Hey- don’t be shy to toot your own horn. A coworker and I had a very stressful surprise event last week and I am very proud of how we handled it. Not bragging but we probably saved the guys life. Or at least he made it to the hospital and thru surgery. It’s ok to be proud of accomplishments! And that rifle looks sweet. I’ve been dreaming of a backcountry ti for awhile, but I think the 307 ct just might do the trick….
Blessings.
Save up for the mark v back country TI ! This 307 is just a rem 700 clone. Wooptie do. There is a million of em out there. Get the mark v you won't regret it 😊
Big fan of Bison Union coffee and this will be the year I get my first Weatherby. Love your guys town
Awesome addition to the fast growing 307 family of rifles. Digging all of the drops this year.
Outside of not being available in lefty “Yet” this is actually a dream rifle and how I would build a new rifle to replace my Savage M110 Long Range Hunter that is right hand but I can’t eventually put a suppressor on it.
I watched the Backcountry Hunting Podcast with JVB before this video and she’s a beauty and the new 7 PRC factory loadings sounds great too 😎🇺🇸
Would love to see a model 307 in 30-378 and 338-378! bring some love to them!
What I love about this one is the hinged magazines, along with the overall rifle.
I hate is the short barrels, but
I guess if others like them fine with me, because at that price id just get the mark5 deluxe.
The 307 platform may not be for me unless you produce a meateater style with the hinged floor plate option, and with a heavier barrel and either a wood tactical stock or the one being used currently.
Great rifle, though, for those that want them.
Maybe I should see what I could put together in a builders action.
Thanks
Looking for it now in a 6.5prc, any suggestions accepted
I hope y'all will eventually offer the 307 in lefty. I'd have already built off the builder's action if I were right handed
Wish you would show the whole rifle and not just the barrel and forearm
The only hang up on a 307 for me has been the magazines, glad to see a hinged floor plate option! Any chance for a 338 rpm down the road??
Are you able to remove the hinged floor plate and install a detachable mag if wanted to do so, in say 6.5 Creedmoor
The bottom metal inlet is standard BDL footprint, so a M5 style bottom metal should work great. Of course, there are slight differences and may need some slight adjustments to the stock.
Missed the adjustable cheek pad…
Everything else looks good.
Why the 1:10 twist and not a 1:9 in 300 PRC?
1:10 on my 30-378 backcountry carbon and its most accurate with a 220eldx.
