I love SOOW and SJOOW jacketed wiring. I also agree that 4 wire is the way to go as you noted you can use it for both 120v & 240v applications and you don't always have to connect to devices with 4 wires. I have a 3-wire 240v VFD that only has 3 wires and so I just use only the needed "pins" when wiring the NEMA connector for that device. One recommendation I have is to get the largest electrical panel possible installed which I think is around 42 full sized slots.

Mabye, I was probably going to do smaller videos on specific design choices, such as lighting systems, or this power system choice. I've been working on some actual woodworking recently 😅
