Miniature pinschers are good but if my experience is any indication, they're hyperactive for the first two to three years of their lives. If you want to get one, know that you'll have to run to keep up.
I have a chihuahua , but i swear he is very different from others. He s way to smart for a chihuhua. He knows how to open doors, he learn tricks very fast, he knows like 30 words. He also learn to climb on the table , open the bread box, take a slice and then close the bread box😂 Idk if all chihuahuas are this smart, but o swear mine is scary smart😂
I've got a small mixed breed Papillon and he's smart alright, he's taught me to do whatever he wants, especially when he wants to be in my lap as he is right now. He pats my leg to get me to put it in the way he wants it to be, not the way I want it to be. Also he has me as his hand maiden when I try to get him to eat. Of course it doesn't help he's the smallest of the 3 dogs I live with and he's blind and 14 years old. But I love him. God bless

A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel perhaps? I wouldn't call a Border Collie a 'small dog breed' and much smarter than this video suggests.
I’ve had 4 border collies and the are not small, mine were all 40 lbs and overweight. They are way too smart. You can’t do anything 2 days in a row that it’s not a habit they expect every day after wards

Springer Spaniels are not really small dogs. I don' t even consider Cocker Spaniels, especially the English type, to be small dogs.

My pomeranian is super smart dhebus only 9 half month.old an can learn verry fast with positive good good girl and pets once she gets that she will contine to do the same thing over and over again again if she does something I dislike I just stay very sturn no mam she stops rarely does it again maybe I just got lucky but she is super easy to house train .
