Why didn't you talk about adjusting the graphic equalizer When you on a radio station press and hold the mode button in and then you can adjust the Bass as well as the treble
I bought one as a gift for my dad, he listens to AM stations a lot. The problem now I am having is that the AM frequency steps by increments of 10 (ex. from 590khz to 600khz to 620khz) some of the stations in the Philippines are in between those increments, one of his favorite station is 594khz. With his analog radio, he can fine tune this by slowly turning the tuning knob. The radio users guide does not tell anything about this. Do you know of any solution to this issue, I'd appreciate your inputs...thanks
@Abs Medina you could listen to the radio station via an app like Spotify or another radio station app on your phone and then Bluetooth the sound to the radio.
5:43, Does the detailed battery level be displayed on LCD? Just like 1 bar, 2 bar and 3 bar? or flash only when the battery is low? I have a 1.5ah battery, no battery level button. I am too lazy to use a multimeter to check the battery level, so I really want to know if this radio can show the battery level😹
My Ryobi little guy keeps shutting down both on radio and Bluetooth. And I’m always well within the 30’ range. Annoying. I’m looking into Ryobi’s new Bluetooth speaker.
I purchased the Ryobi Bluetooth Radio and in my experience it is rubbish. I preciously owned the old model of the Ryobi radio without bluetooth and that version operated well. However, the new model with bluetooth consistently loses signal after about 10 minutes and just starts buzzing. The next day it will do the same thing. It can't be a poor signal because the old model Ryobi radio worked perfectly in the same location. I think I am going to throw this bluetooth model in the bin.
I bought 2 of the latest radios and both exhibited the same problem as described by Mr Hayes. I wish in could fix the membrane keypad of my old blue one. That had a FM tuner that was much better.
These drain batteries when not in use, FM reception is terrible, this is well known online. I have the old blue version, reception is good but that also slow drains batteries. Just buy a good Bluetooth speaker online or just spend money on Milwaukee or the other better brands.
Just picked one up! Love it…..thank you for an excellent review.
No problem. Hope you enjoy using it.

No. The only way to check the battery level is by checking on the battery directly.
Does this connect to another Bluetooth speaker to use this as fm but play sound on external Bluetooth speaker?
Unsure sorry
@@OmniGarage I bought it and found out it is Bluetooth in but not Bluetooth out.
Thank you for the feedback
Great review. I use this radio a lot 👍
Thank you.
Can it play music from the USB Stick?
@Floopy Goober I think the USB plug is only for charging phones etc but don’t quote me on that.

They have a few different options now, along with a larger speaker.
I use the 2 ah battery for the radio. That battery doesn't last long enough in any tool.
Yeah that’s a perfect size to match with the radio.

We both have one each. Had them for a few years and never experienced this problem. Sounds like you got a faulty one.

@David Nels sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues. We have never had this problem with both of our units.
Why would you know show how to program the radio pre-sets?
Completely slipped our mind. I’m sure there are other videos out there which will be able to show you how to program the radio presets.
So the charger for the radio battery is not included?
If you are buying a skin only tool, then the battery and charger are sold separately.
Any bass to it at all?
Very limited amount!
4:34 wish i could use a usb stick for music lol
Would be handy!
$40 for me and 60$ for battery
The battery may cost more than the tool… but the battery can be used on multiple different tools.

Haven’t found any substantial battery drain when not in use in our experience.
Color sucks looks so bad
You don’t like the colour of the radio?
