Julia The Shy Girl in my opinion, it would've been a better ending if Grovyle, Celebi, and Dusknoir had actually disappeared, it kinda made the touching moment between them less sad.
In this case, "less sad" is good. Had it not been "less sad," there would have been full-on mourning periods for these characters. "Less sad" saves me the trouble of curling up on my bed and weeping for a couple hours.
I haven't (And probably never, I don't have explorers of sky sadly, but I have explorers of time.) been in that fight, so I don't know how scary he is during a fight. But yikes, a blizzard spam probably sounds like a last resort.
Not really, the fight is somewhat hard if you either don't paralyze Wigglytuff or don't kill everyone before he reaches you otherwise. Blizzard had to be spammed because of its bad accuracy. :P

For years I was unaware their was a follow up or at least something after...I am at peace now. I never got this far, sadly the 7 treasures maybe a little further was as far as i ever got.
The ONLY complaint I have with this game i the fact that Darkrai, grand master of all things bad, and the ultimate final boss, GOT A RECYCLED BOSS THEME INSTEAD OF HIS OWN!!!! The game is amazing, but I'm still bitter on that specific point.

I remember losing to dialga as a turtwig so many times I got to nearly level 60 by the time I won. Played again more recently and I used a low hp riolu with reversal to one shot dialga. Good times
This last fight against Dialga is incredible, one of the best boss fight I've played. Considering how "basic" those games are, being able to create such an epic and engaging battle is really impressive

What i used to do to farm them and try and get 1 was go by myself with my infernape and use the protect sword dance set up and get the kill with close combat
Explorers of Sky (Special Episode 5 in particular being my favorite part of the game) is the best piece of media to have ever come out of the Pokemon franchise.

I’ll never forget the feelings this game gave me and how it will always be my personal favorite Pokémon game ever. The story was just so good and interesting it was so crazy to see. I remember when I thought the game was done and just enjoying the grind after the dialga portion and all that but then Darkrai showed up and I can’t tell you how excited I got to see him in this, he was always one of my favorite Pokémon after the movie came out. Just an incredible game, if they remake this in the way of the remake for rescue team and take more liberties Imma lose my mind. Please let it happen dude
When your team is a Mudkip and an Eevee it is a nightmare. The sun makes water gun do no damage and eevee just starts running away after it takes enough damage.

Just giving tips for Dialga 1.Have a move that can paralyze/put pokemon to sleep 2.Have at least 1 revive seed 3.have a move that ups ur power 4 and final one.DONT LET DIALGA USE ROAR OF TIME, IT CAN AND WILL KILL U OR UR PARTNER! That is all the tips i got :3
I remember vividly the amount of times I had to struggle to get past Steam Cave and Groudon, imo he's personally the toughest boss I've faced - his package was pretty crazy and smashed my team easily many times before I overcame that and crushed him. Good times

God in comparison to rescue team this game had sooo much to offer and tell. I almost didn’t remember some of these bosses after Primal Dialga, this is such a trip. This game embodied a real adventure. The amount of nights I spent as a kid just playing this game under the blankets just unable to stop brings manly tears man. So many good memories... This was my first game I ever owned. It made me so happy to beat Dialga without linked moves (I thought they sucked) and 8 pp moves on my guys like focus punch. I managed to beat everyone up to Palkia because I didn't want to use my starters after the main story line ended. So that made them extremely weak going up against Drowzee's 2nd quest at Mt. Travill. This was even before I had the internet so I'm proud of little noob me. Unfortunately, I lost the game and moved on to SoulSilver. All I can say is this game was amazing enough for me to rebuy it and continue to play it even today.
What are you even doing with the bosses at the end?! I just wanted to see an awesome series of boss battles... (That only applies to Seven Treasures and Challenge Letter Pokemon)

in the 2nd pmd game, imprison doesn't seal the opponents moves. it gives them the paused status. Basically, the opponent is unable to move or attack for a certain number of moves. Unlike sleep and paralysis, the paused status can't be blocked by type immunity or limber/insomnia. the only ability that can block it is run away, and none of the bosses have that. Plus, vulpix learns imprison fairly early on, and if you grind in the dojo you can obtain it by the groudon fight.
Did anyone ever try throwing hunger seeds at a boss? I did it by accident on Palkia and it dropped his damage down to 1 per hit. Easiest boss fight of my life!

In sky's special missions it's revealed they are spared by arceus when the timeline is fixed. Grovyle doesn't die.

Drex... I challenged Dialga at lvl 60 as a kid with no reviver seeds and Darkrai as lvl 100 because Cresselia cant last very long and Treeko, my pokemon, was weak to most of the things there
I’ll never forget the feelings this game gave me and how it will always be my personal favorite Pokémon game ever. The story was just so good and interesting it was so crazy to see. I remember when I thought the game was done and just enjoying the grind after the dialga portion and all that but then Darkrai showed up and I can’t tell you how excited I got to see him in this, he was always one of my favorite Pokémon after the movie came out. Just an incredible game, if they remake this in the way of the remake for rescue team and take more liberties Imma lose my mind. Please let it happen dude

When your team is a Mudkip and an Eevee it is a nightmare. The sun makes water gun do no damage and eevee just starts running away after it takes enough damage.
Mudkip 3258 it was easy for me i was eevee ( i love eevee ) and my partner is mudkip all you need is x eye seed

I think this is where he discovered the moves of each legendary he was stalling so the opponent would use all moves known

1.Have a move that can paralyze/put pokemon to sleep
2.Have at least 1 revive seed
3.have a move that ups ur power
4 and final one.DONT LET DIALGA USE ROAR OF TIME, IT CAN AND WILL KILL U OR UR PARTNER!

I remember vividly the amount of times I had to struggle to get past Steam Cave and Groudon, imo he's personally the toughest boss I've faced - his package was pretty crazy and smashed my team easily many times before I overcame that and crushed him.

God in comparison to rescue team this game had sooo much to offer and tell. I almost didn’t remember some of these bosses after Primal Dialga, this is such a trip. This game embodied a real adventure. The amount of nights I spent as a kid just playing this game under the blankets just unable to stop brings manly tears man. So many good memories... I gotta play this again soon cuz hot damn I miss it

This was my first game I ever owned. It made me so happy to beat Dialga without linked moves (I thought they sucked) and 8 pp moves on my guys like focus punch. I managed to beat everyone up to Palkia because I didn't want to use my starters after the main story line ended. So that made them extremely weak going up against Drowzee's 2nd quest at Mt. Travill. This was even before I had the internet so I'm proud of little noob me. Unfortunately, I lost the game and moved on to SoulSilver. All I can say is this game was amazing enough for me to rebuy it and continue to play it even today.
What are you even doing with the bosses at the end?! I just wanted to see an awesome series of boss battles...

listen, im just going to say that vulpix's imprison is absolutely broken for boss fights

in the 2nd pmd game, imprison doesn't seal the opponents moves. it gives them the paused status. Basically, the opponent is unable to move or attack for a certain number of moves. Unlike sleep and paralysis, the paused status can't be blocked by type immunity or limber/insomnia. the only ability that can block it is run away, and none of the bosses have that. Plus, vulpix learns imprison fairly early on, and if you grind in the dojo you can obtain it by the groudon fight.

against dusknoir I like to use a stun seed against him then take out the sableyes before attacking him

Did anyone ever try throwing hunger seeds at a boss? I did it by accident on Palkia and it dropped his damage down to 1 per hit. Easiest boss fight of my life!
i used the same team as you ^^ i love riolu and shinx, they are my 2 favourite pokemon lines ( i love lucario and luxray ^^)
