I love & respect Mr. Deepak Chopra. He is a very wise and treasured Soul. On the Twin Flame matter, however, I don't feel his interpretation is exactly accurate. You cannot know what a Twin Flame is unless you are actually a Twin Flame. The experience is very complicated and cannot be fully explained or understood unless you actually live the experience yourself. Soulmates and Twin Flames are different in that we all have many Soulmates, but NOT everyone has a Twin Flame. A Twin Flame is also a Soulmate to their counterpart and can be a Soulmate for others, but a Twin Flame only has ONE other Twin. We are the other's exact equal, the same, and the opposite. Yin and Yang. Night and day. I was married to someone twenty years 12 hours apart in birth. I thought for sure she was my twin. 1 1/2 years after she passed away I met my twin flame. There is a gigantic difference between a twin flame and one's very best soul mate. There is much writing about the nature of twins in this blog so I won't add. But, it is confusing to those who are searching and even love a soul mate tremendously. I wonder when I communicate with someone who is no longer with their partner physically if their lament is for their twin flame or their soul mate. So, I don't do well in the advice department.

When your twin is not willing to do the work to deeply reflect and to follow the TF path, you cannot be in union. It is sad, but that doesn’t mean that we stop our path toward healing as serving. Once you awaken and accept the mission, you cannot go back to the reality you knew before. Your job is to be everything you can be. Let go of union as a goal... focus on the path and on love. I met my TF 41 years ago for 10 minutes, 8 years later for 10 minutes but I didn't know it was him, 22 years later when I was 40 in a different city: we didn't know it was each other. Worked in same office 4 years rarely spoke. I left. 4 years later we bumped into each other at a funeral and the Kundalini Awakening occurred. I was divorced and never wanting a man again. He unhappily married for the second time. Attraction between us but not acted upon. Deep psychic stuff happened for me, I reached out and he's always rejected me electronically. every single living being is technically a twin as no "personality" is unpolarized. As to whether or not Deepak has experienced a twin flame journey, that is questionable but what he said at the end about understanding universal love is correct. Anyhow, the only way to reach perfect union with your other self aka twin flame aka other incarnation is by detaching from them and your mind. You must then become one with god (unity consciousness). In other words, you have to find happiness within yourself by aligning with yourself and then your other self will get pulled back to you. To the mind, it is a paradox. Both selves cannot be conscious. One is the consciousness while the other is the unconsciousness. Consciousness pushes the unconsciousness away until the duality no longer exists. TwinFlame is your mirror that once you met him and had the awakening, not even the smartest Psychologist can perform psychotherapy to reset your amygdala and forget about him/her. Therapy can help you forget everything in your life, like the traumas and move on from it. But not your twin flame, it wasn't possible. God given, both blessing and tough road. J C I don’t believe your zodiac dictates wether you are a DM or DF because our zodiac/sun signs are only one aspect of us. Looking at other aspects of your natal chart like your moon sign and your ascendent can be helpful in seeing some other avenues of spiritual identity. My understanding is that our energies are often closer aligned with our biological sex though not always. The DM and the DF, ultimately are just labels and only by going through our life lessons and living in our truth, can we find the answers we need to awaken to our spiritual identity. Continue to live in your truth, trust yourself, and trust the signs you are noticing and your part in the Twin Flame contract will become apparent. You are already in your knowing, the journey is about becoming believers in our knowing.

Jen K. You have to be a twin to understand. It is the only relationship that CRACKS literally - breaks the dogma that keeps us all trapped and suffering at times. When I met my TF I was almost afraid. But you simply cannot let it go. And it is not like a love that was deep and true. For me the meeting occurred on the heels of severe trauma and the intensity (electric shocks - sex that is more like a drug then a pleasure - that CONFUSES you both with the visuals and brain 🧠 recognition) .. then you both examine everything even if you just met - it’s so so hard to explain.) I saw a past. A person I knew that was me who showed me with only his eyes that I am me. See makes no sense to most. My experience when he ran - was a lesson too - I am here and I am home are what twins tell our brains. But each is meant to trigger the other. My coach or therapist..she taught me about this but I thought it was ridiculous until it happens to ME. She said I think you are a “twin.” As if not everyone is. What I don’t like is that she did want want me to see him as she saw hers. The ONLY. It is the only love. But then I saw 11:11 with others and had intense (twin no) connections that weren’t accidental and felt a lot like fate. I think these at least potential soulmates and have “twin energy” or play off of yours. I do NOT think most twins heal enough to incarnate in the physical realm on earth. And I do not plan to wait. I do think that idea is absurd. When I started to be able to see any sexual/romantic connection as another experience - when I loved myself so deeply (as your twin shows you that you should - he showed me my beauty and said don’t forget it essentially. Don’t be anything but our energy. You radiate. When I believed that about myself I attracted same. And that is how I think I attracted a soul mate.
Caroline Capon I’m happy that you’re happy with a soulmate and I know other twins that manifest soulmates in order to learn something for themselves or for their Twin to also learn something from the experience. However, I believe that is a choice and isn’t the same path for every twin flame. For me, I’m completely celibate and happy to be so, as I literally will not give my power away to anyone. When my Twin and I are intimate I don’t see it as giving my power away as I know and feel that whatever I give to him recycles back to me and stays within US. Personally for me, no one else’s energy belongs in our Union. Even though we have been in physical separation for 7 months only seeing him once in that span of time, I know WE are worth it. My whole self is with him ALWAYS; in my situation it wouldn’t be fair to be with anyone else because I could not give them any of me as I see and feel my twin and I as divinely married. My twin flame come out of no where at a time where I became inches from death.Her shear presence drove me to do things beyond my physical abilities which built other vessels that saved me.If that was enough 5 days in critical care she never gave up on me and loved me back to health and gave me a,reason to live.6 months later my world colapsed again and only one person was there the raise me up when I wanted to die.........I can never foget what you've done for me
I have experienced being with a twin flame but I wish I never had. I think that these kind of relationships are doomed to break u open and destroy you when they end. My twin flame was my husband and he left with someone else betrayed me and turned into a monster. I have not been able to move on in years since he left and I’m living a dry existence now made up of agonizing memories and regrets.

Totally agree with Deepak, wisdom speaks through you. Those who THINK they are a Twin Flame (something special), "the chosen once", "saviors", are still at the very beginning of this process and far from awakening. They are still trapped in the paradigm of scarcity by focusing on finding "the only one, the other half". Twin Flame is first and foremost a frequency, of unconditional love. This means, my wellbeing does not depend on any other outside conditions. Source has the capability to yield to you infinite physical partners which humans label "twin flames". As long als you hold on to that concept of twin flames (journey to union with your perfect physical match), you are disallowing the perfect partner to enter your life in the now.
I really didn't understand the twin flame journey until recently when I started communicating with the angels. As hard as it may seem on a 3D but the gifts and all are something else. I sense by Dr. Chopra's response that he does not understand or know about the twin flame concept as we know it (twin flames) here on youtube. However, I am blown away by the last personal observation he makes about how reading Zara's email moved something in him and made him think about a girl he met many years ago while studying medicine in India, and how it made him wonder where she was and what she was doing!!!! Dr. Chopra two things either you just thought of your own twin flame or as often happens Zara as a twin flame had an effect on you and or your heart center! Namaste.

Yes. You have only one other person in the entire universe who is your twin flame. They are you as they share the same entire soul as you do. All I heard in this video were random ramblings relating to love and relationships and generalized spiritual concepts. There was nothing here remotely close to explaining Twin Flames. As others have already said it can’t be explained if you are not a Twin or have met your Twin. It is nothing close to how most of us were conditioned to understand love. Believe it or not it is possible to experience an out of the world level of joy to know your Twin is happy with whoever they have chosen to find happiness with in this life time (e.g. their karmic partner) in the manner they perceive to be happiness. This is because the most important thing to you is your Twin’s happiness, well-being, and sense of fulfillment-as they understand it so far. This is unconditional love-a whole other level of understanding = a whole other level of pure joy. I know it is hard for people to understand and there may be comments about being trampled on by a narcissist-move on etc. etc. It is hard to understand unless you are a true Twin on the journey.
Twin flames are a soul contract signed before coming into this life. Contract was made in order to propel one another further down the path of healing. No human will ever be “complete” we didn’t come into this life to become complete. We came in order to heal the collective consciousness, and healing looks like integration. Integrating all the aspects of ourselves that we see as “other”. The twin flame relationship is very sporadic at first, very exciting and full of anxiousness, you might believe you have met your “soulmate” but that’s not the case. The twin flame more so than any other relationship mirrors and shouts to you all the parts of your consciousness that you deny, repress and disown. It is a very uncomfortable relationship but one that you are drawn to, because your intuition tells you there is business to be done in this relationship. Usually the twin flame relationship ends badly and you are left feeling heartbroken, but shortly after you will realize what the relationship has taught you about yourself and your purpose, it teaches you how to follow your compass(intuition) even better than you did before entering the relationship. You leave a twin flame relationship feeling stronger, more actualized, with a more clear purpose as to what you are doing here on earth. Now to contrast: not everyone has a soulmate. Where as the twin flame relationship starts out based on physical attraction, the soulmate relationship will pull you in based on more than just physical attraction and excited energy. Your soulmate is your true compatible life partner. It doesn’t matter what this person looks like or how she/he dresses they will pull you in to the degree that you are aware of your unintegrated parts of self. This person will have the tools necessary to help you meet unmet needs and vice versa. Your love languages will complement each other. You like to give gifts? This person likes to receive gifts. You like to be cuddled? This person needs someone to cuddle. It is an extremely harmonious relationship that is built on authenticity rather than the mask we wear to feel safe through our day to day... Yup and that's how I've come to understand it. The way I've understood it is that it's like a car radio, with x amount of radio stations. So everyone has there windows rolled down and you drive along the highway. You pass a car, its playing jazz (you don't like jazz.) A Jeep passes you and its playing Thunderstruck by ACDC and you're playing Shoot to Thrill by ACDC ie Soulmate. (Same artist, different song.) Now for the twisted cashgrab version of what they label Twinflame on UA-cam. You're moving along and the car next to you is playing the same radio station playing the same song by Led Zeppelin. They're also driving a car that you wanted but settled on the one you have. Well heck you like that so now you wanna meet the driver and you try to wave them down. You match there speed and honk and wave at them. You speed up, get in front, tell at them to slow down. The poor guy in the other car is minding his own business trying to get home to his wife sees this crazy person out of the side mirror again so they speed up to get away from them, doesn't work. The driver pulls over (to make a call that they're now running late, because of traffic.) The crazy person doesn't get the hint and there still trying to barrel them down even pulls over says, 'I love you' and jumps back into there car and tries to flag you down again... You're trying to use a person as your radio to tune in to your favorite song (source) when all you need is to learn you do need a person as a conduit, you can tune into the radio station if you pray, meditate, whatever your upbringing is that let's you uplift yourself to the higher meaning he talks about (sacred source.) If you expect nothing from the universe of God's creation, or source creation every random interaction with 'your someone' will seem all 'Power of Now' nosense. If you can't accept things as they are now then you begin to plan, navigate and steer to a place that is more abundant then your current situation. You need to focus on what you want and go for it. It's not manifestation, (which you also get gurus offering you solutions for 100s of dollars for LOA stuff too.) If we think we cannot live without our Twin, we do not understand the full implications of being a Twin and what the journey is about. Spiritual related is one of the best explanations I see in UA-cam. There are few good ones who truly understand this connection, without attachment, without bias, without codependent energy. You truly figured out what twin flame is, and respect the universe is in the work. I gets irritated when I see people in UA-cam so desperately looking for their twin, these people making this things up Like twin flame is the must thing and we all must need to have one. Not every one have a twin , look at our own reality, did you see every body has a twin?!!! I wonder how people would view relationships if they had never been introduced to the twin flame concept. People have great difficulty not idealizing their romantic relationships anyway so I can see where this concept would cause people to stay attached in an unhealthy way. I know people who’s life purpose brings them into healing relationships on that caliber. Yet others who’s purpose lies elsewhere. All relationships, even the ones we consider karmic, are helping us grow and “ascend”. All relationships help us grow, and each one has a sacred contract behind it. But idealizing someone and placing someone into a myth, or placing yourself there, can take away from the reality that needs to be grown through.

Of course it is possible for more than two people to vibrate at a same frequency. It would be ignorant to think that we are only meant for one person. I also think magnetism would play a part in this connection. Or maybe a longing. Self love is the key. If you look at the negative aspect of society. For example. We almost constantly live in the dark knight of the soul sense after wakened. Deep reflection and misunderstandings from the outside world and in ourselves mostly leave us alone in life. And people are just people who can change and let you down or just plain change. And that’s okay. I love & respect Mr. Deepak Chopra. He is a very wise and treasured Soul. On the Twin Flame matter, however, I don't feel his interpretation is exactly accurate. You cannot know what a Twin Flame is unless you are actually a Twin Flame. The experience is very complicated and cannot be fully explained or understood unless you actually live the experience yourself.
Soulmates and Twin Flames are different in that we all have many Soulmates, but NOT everyone has a Twin Flame. I was married to someone twenty years 12 hours apart in birth. I thought for sure she was my twin. 1 1/2 years after she passed away I met my twin flame. There is a gigantic difference between a twin flame and one's very best soul mate. There is much writing about the nature of twins in this blog so I won't add. But, it is confusing to those who are searching and even love a soul mate tremendously. Divine Feminine Rising We're here to live lives of happiness and joy, with Love in our lives too though, no?? I met my TF 41 years ago for 10 minutes, 8 years later for 10 minutes but I didn't know it was him, 22 years later when I was 40 in a different city: we didn't know it was each other. Worked in same office 4 years rarely spoke. I left. 4 years later we bumped into each other at a funeral and the Kundalini Awakening occurred. I was divorced and never wanting a man again. My TF also believes someone else a much younger married woman colleague is his soul mate/TF, even though he knows my communications always told him the truth, I never lied to him. He chooses to remain blind' and see what he wants to. I 'walked' away from our connection a couple of weeks ago as I am too exhausted of this journey now. I wish for a loving soul mate, where we support each other to be the best we can be. Even that is too much to ask for though. I am a Healer and I have for many years asked to be of Service, but that too is denied me. I have one messed up contract. I have so much experience, knowledge and healing to share, but.......my DM TF is not supporting me or our Union, our Mission, our purpose for being here, so it seems I must go to waste and be stuck in quick-sand. To remain blocked and held-back, and not allowed to live in joy. This is not right. I surrendered long ago, had patience, but no glimmer of hope.

every single living being is technically a twin as no "personality" is unpolarized. As to whether or not Deepak has experienced a twin flame journey, that is questionable but what he said at the end about understanding universal love is correct.
Anyhow, the only way to reach perfect union with your other self aka twin flame aka other incarnation is by detaching from them and your mind. You must then become one with god (unity consciousness). In other words, you have to find happiness within yourself by aligning with yourself and then your other self will get pulled back to you. To the mind, it is a paradox.
Both selves cannot be conscious. One is the consciousness while the other is the unconsciousness. Consciousness pushes the unconsciousness away until the duality no longer exists.

J C I don’t believe your zodiac dictates wether you are a DM or DF because our zodiac/sun signs are only one aspect of us. Looking at other aspects of your natal chart like your moon sign and your ascendent can be helpful in seeing some other avenues of spiritual identity. My understanding is that our energies are often closer aligned with our biological sex though not always. The DM and the DF, ultimately are just labels and only by going through our life lessons and living in our truth, can we find the answers we need to awaken to our spiritual identity. Continue to live in your truth, trust yourself, and trust the signs you are noticing and your part in the Twin Flame contract will become apparent. You are already in your knowing, the journey is about becoming believers in our knowing.

Jen K. You have to be a twin to understand. It is the only relationship that CRACKS literally - breaks the dogma that keeps us all trapped and suffering at times. When I met my TF I was almost afraid. But you simply cannot let it go. And it is not like a love that was deep and true. For me the meeting occurred on the heels of severe trauma and the intensity (electric shocks - sex that is more like a drug then a pleasure - that CONFUSES you both with the visuals and brain 🧠 recognition) .. then you both examine everything even if you just met - it’s so so hard to explain.) My experience when he ran - was a lesson too - I am here and I am home are what twins tell our brains. But each is meant to trigger the other. However, I believe that is a choice and isn’t the same path for every twin flame. For me, I’m completely celibate and happy to be so, as I literally will not give my power away to anyone. When my Twin and I are intimate I don’t see it as giving my power away as I know and feel that whatever I give to him recycles back to me and stays within US. My twin flame come out of no where at a time where I became inches from death.Her shear presence drove me to do things beyond my physical abilities which built other vessels that saved me.If that was enough 5 days in critical care she never gave up on me and loved me back to health and gave me a,reason to live.6 months later my world colapsed again and only one person was there the raise me up when I wanted to die.........I can never foget what you've done for me

Those who THINK they are a Twin Flame (something special), "the chosen once", "saviors", are still at the very beginning of this process and far from awakening. They are still trapped in the paradigm of scarcity by focusing on finding "the only one, the other half". Twin Flame is first and foremost a frequency, of unconditional love. This means, my wellbeing does not depend on any other outside conditions. Source has the capability to yield to you infinite physical partners which humans label "twin flames". As long als you hold on to that concept of twin flames (journey to union with your perfect physical match), you are disallowing the perfect partner to enter your life in the now.

I really didn't understand the twin flame journey until recently when I started communicating with the angels. As hard as it may seem on a 3D but the gifts and all are something else. However, I am blown away by the last personal observation he makes about how reading Zara's email moved something in him and made him think about a girl he met many years ago while studying medicine in India, and how it made him wonder where she was and what she was doing!!!! All I heard in this video were random ramblings relating to love and relationships and generalized spiritual concepts. There was nothing here remotely close to explaining Twin Flames. As others have already said it can’t be explained if you are not a Twin or have met your Twin. It is nothing close to how most of us were conditioned to understand love. Believe it or not it is possible to experience an out of the world level of joy to know your Twin is happy with whoever they have chosen to find happiness with in this life time (e.g. their karmic partner) in the manner they perceive to be happiness. This is because the most important thing to you is your Twin’s happiness, well-being, and sense of fulfillment-as they understand it so far. This is unconditional love-a whole other level of understanding = a whole other level of pure joy. I know it is hard for people to understand and there may be comments about being trampled on by a narcissist-move on etc. etc. It is hard to understand unless you are a true Twin on the journey.
Twin flames are a soul contract signed before coming into this life. Contract was made in order to propel one another further down the path of healing. No human will ever be “complete” we didn’t come into this life to become complete. We came in order to heal the collective consciousness, and healing looks like integration. Integrating all the aspects of ourselves that we see as “other”. The twin flame relationship is very sporadic at first, very exciting and full of anxiousness, you might believe you have met your “soulmate” but that’s not the case. The twin flame more so than any other relationship mirrors and shouts to you all the parts of your consciousness that you deny, repress and disown. It is a very uncomfortable relationship but one that you are drawn to, because your intuition tells you there is business to be done in this relationship. Usually the twin flame relationship ends badly and you are left feeling heartbroken, but shortly after you will realize what the relationship has taught you about yourself and your purpose, it teaches you how to follow your compass(intuition) even better than you did before entering the relationship. You leave a twin flame relationship feeling stronger, more actualized, with a more clear purpose as to what you are doing here on earth.
Now to contrast: not everyone has a soulmate. Where as the twin flame relationship starts out based on physical attraction, the soulmate relationship will pull you in based on more than just physical attraction and excited energy. Your soulmate is your true compatible life partner. It doesn’t matter what this person looks like or how she/he dresses they will pull you in to the degree that you are aware of your unintegrated parts of self. This person will have the tools necessary to help you meet unmet needs and vice versa. Your love languages will complement each other. You like to give gifts? This person likes to receive gifts. You like to be cuddled? This person needs someone to cuddle. It is an extremely harmonious relationship that is built on authenticity rather than the mask we wear to feel safe through our day to day...

Yup and that's how I've come to understand it. The way I've understood it is that it's like a car radio, with x amount of radio stations. So everyone has there windows rolled down and you drive along the highway. You pass a car, its playing jazz (you don't like jazz.) A Jeep passes you and its playing Thunderstruck by ACDC and you're playing Shoot to Thrill by ACDC ie Soulmate. (Same artist, different song.) Now for the twisted cashgrab version of what they label Twinflame on UA-cam. You're moving along and the car next to you is playing the same radio station playing the same song by Led Zeppelin. They're also driving a car that you wanted but settled on the one you have. Well heck you like that so now you wanna meet the driver and you try to wave them down. You match there speed and honk and wave at them. You speed up, get in front, tell at them to slow down. The poor guy in the other car is minding his own business trying to get home to his wife sees this crazy person out of the side mirror again so they speed up to get away from them, doesn't work. The driver pulls over (to make a call that they're now running late, because of traffic.) The crazy person doesn't get the hint and there still trying to barrel them down even pulls over says, 'I love you' and jumps back into there car and tries to flag you down again... (that's the UA-cam meaning of a twinflame..)
Anyone that is trying to offer you a solution for 100s of dollars is preying on your codependency to make themselves rich. How many UA-camrs are offering there services for a price? I don't believe in the twin flame thing. Deepak explained it perfectly. You're trying to use a person as your radio to tune in to your favorite song (source) when all you need is to learn you do need a person as a conduit, you can tune into the radio station if you pray, meditate, whatever your upbringing is that let's you uplift yourself to the higher meaning he talks about (sacred source.)

If you expect nothing from the universe of God's creation, or source creation every random interaction with 'your someone' will seem all 'Power of Now' nosense. If you can't accept things as they are now then you begin to plan, navigate and steer to a place that is more abundant then your current situation.
You need to focus on what you want and go for it. It's not manifestation, (which you also get gurus offering you solutions for 100s of dollars for LOA stuff too.) Its self actualization and the universe being in tune or out of tune but you're ending at a desired goal, and not fixated on the outcome. Positive Psychology 101. If you focus on what you don't want you'll perceive more of the same. These obsessive personalities will make themselves miserable.
To me, a soulmate as I understand it is someone who is at the same level of understanding as you or at least close to it. The communication flows easily thereby a mutual respect and exchange of energy (thoughts, ideas, mutual concepts, shared experiences) that facilitates personal growth.
I used to read Tarot as a hobby, but I never charged money and I would tell ppl you don't need tarot cards. You get out what you put in. My partner and I have been together 22yrs ... 23 on 8th September.
I believe we we're fated and I feel very fortunate to have come into union with him.
I believe he is my better half... the part of myself that I wish to be but still can't attain!
We BOTh predicted eachother in a subconscious level. He believed and dreamt he would be with a girl from nz and I was conceived in a small town called Lyttelton NZ
Also, when I was a little girl I drew an image of myself over and over for about four years. It was myself in a white dress covered with cherries and I titled it as "cherry lady"
My partner and I locked eyes when I was 14 we both remember it fondly but we never united at this point and I took a detour and ended up with what I believe was a karmic connection that o left behind. Anyway, at 18 we united and his surname turns out is CHERRY 🍒... I ended up his cherry lady... and 22 yrs later still together and I never want to spend a day of my life without him.
I am seeing these numbers all the time related to twin flame and I suspect it is because I have cancer and will leave him on the physical plain. But my heart will be eternally his 💕

To be honest, I dont think many people will understand this video (unfortunatelly). Because they didnt wake up to the fact that we are ONE with everyone of everything. As dr. Very well said. These souls are still adhered to a world of duality where they and their perceived twin flames are separate from the rest of us. We are all one. As long as you keep yourself in the vibration of love you will always be in harmony with everyone.

Most of these Twinflamers are foaming at the mouth because they didn't get their desired answer that they are super-duper special that no one else can know what they're going through. Sometimes the answer is not now, or maybe later. Sometimes the answer is NO cuz you're acting like a crazy person...lol
If we think we cannot live without our Twin, we do not understand the full implications of being a Twin and what the journey is about.
We can find Peace on the Twin Flame Journey once we realize that the ‘separation’ is an illusion - we are and always have been One with our Twin, regardless of what is happening in the physical.
I am not ‘together’ with my Twin, and I feel such Joy and Gratitude to simply know him, recognize what he has been to me these past 10 years (when I didn’t even have the concept of a Twin Flame), and recognize that he is always with me. Your life is a metaphor for what your highest self does. You are the shadow of the soul. Meeting your twin flame is a metaphor for having met your soul, it is a very unique awakening experience. Hi Deepak, So what about ultimate consciousness? Is it included in everything what you listed as a Soul? And what is get transformed , when TFs/SMs go through alchemical processes for years? Some of them turned into early bird, however being a "night owl" all their life. Some of them are loosing taste and habits like drinking coffee or even red wine! Just does not taste the same! Some of them are guided clearly and magically. Some of them suddenly open up their intuition and become clairvoyant and they manifest regardless the Law of Attraction in their everyday life! Spiritual related is one of the best explanations I see in UA-cam. There are few good ones who truly understand this connection, without attachment, without bias, without codependent energy. You truly figured out what twin flame is, and respect the universe is in the work. I gets irritated when I see people in UA-cam so desperately looking for their twin, these people making this things up
Like twin flame is the must thing and we all must need to have one. Not every one have a twin , look at our own reality, did you see every body has a twin?!!! This is a rare connection, it has it’s purpose to trigger you to wake up to do your self work ( heal whatever made you think you need love from outside). Re union only happen and only last when two party really be able heal on the similar level. Otherwise even you back together, the energy between you two will still split. ( watch how that JLo with Ben afflict, see how long take them to split, because both of them ignoring the true healing work). Usually if you are an unhealed empath, your twin will be an unhealed empath. If you are narcissistic, your twin will be narcissistic. For me, I finally realized that I was on the middle scale of the narcissistic, he was on a higher scale which I know it will be hard for him to do his self work this life time. When one twin is deeper damaged and won’t be able to look into themselves to heal, the connection will goes to next life time and next life time until that twin is be able to awake. The only thing I can add to “ spiritual related” is: twin can meet in many other circumstances. Lots of twin usually come from far away distances, I am from China, he is American, this makes the most odd noticeable thing, because even we are in different body color, different cultures, we end up laser accurate matched in many many ways. Not to mention even we broke up in different places, we still think the same thing and I gets telepathic messages from him. He gets freak out when he know how accurate I do and think the same thing when we far apart. We both don’t do any social media, we both hate those things. We met when were in our low time in the life. We both divorced and have two kids from ex, we both feel the same lacking for same areas and very powerful in other areas. His ex has one sister, I have one sister. Him has two sisters, my ex has two sisters. Right before we met, there are signs already showing me in pattern about I am about to meet him. ( I only realized these now, after 5 years with him. ) we both are highly intelligent nerds, so we both are deeply into science not spiritual things, we both feel things in our soul but we tried to wipe it off because we both were deep into modern science. So I had no idea what the hell is this twin flame thing until 5 years I left him for good. I never believed these terms, so does he. We never had any intention to looking for a connection like this, but we both indeed knowing this connection is very unusual. Many people will noticing this connection and they will comment to us. Because people can sense that unusual frequency between us. Even our couples counselor said same thing many times in our visits: you two have a very rare connection. She kept emphasizing “ very rare”. And she is highly rated couple‘s therapist, she has seen many couples in her services, and she confirmed us that what we had is very rare. She didn’t have a name for it too, but now I know , the label must be “ twin flame”.

Hey Mr Chopra, It's an honour firstly 🌼🐝🌼 It , the darkness picked up momentum around 5yrs ago. My Dad passed away on Christmas day, for the next 3 yrs I drank myself. Into oblivion.. My friend hung herself 2wks after that I found my nextdoor neighbour with no head... I have no idea what happened. I lost myself , my family, my job my children my house my self... I was homeless v..Scared vunerable easy target. That was a year ago, I am slowly putting my self back together.. I wonder how people would view relationships if they had never been introduced to the twin flame concept. People have great difficulty not idealizing their romantic relationships anyway so I can see where this concept would cause people to stay attached in an unhealthy way. I know people who’s life purpose brings them into healing relationships on that caliber. Yet others who’s purpose lies elsewhere. All relationships, even the ones we consider karmic, are helping us grow and “ascend”. All relationships help us grow, and each one has a sacred contract behind it. But idealizing someone and placing someone into a myth, or placing yourself there, can take away from the reality that needs to be grown through.
Not sure what twin flames are but just because you meet somebody that you connect with totally completely doesn't mean you'll be together but vice versa

Of course it is possible for more than two people to vibrate at a same frequency. It would be ignorant to think that we are only meant for one person. I also think magnetism would play a part in this connection. Or maybe a longing. Self love is the key. If you look at the negative aspect of society. For example. Clannish or street life where they hang around in gangs. Well they resonate at that frequency. And I suppose there's lots more of it. But it's still togetherness wether it be a high or lower frequency.

We almost constantly live in the dark knight of the soul sense after wakened. Deep reflection and misunderstandings from the outside world and in ourselves mostly leave us alone in life. Cruel by always having to be on our toes but also can be invigorating and extremely exhausting. Makes you think may be bipolar or have a mental condition as well at times.

It’s hard to accept you’re actually *not* a special snowflake, part of a unique destiny only a select few share- “you just don’t understand” yeah, I’m thinking Dr. Chopra might understand lol. The longer I live, the more I see that our experiences, while unique to us, are experiences everyone is capable of having. And people are just people who can change and let you down or just plain change. And that’s okay. But staying in unhealthy relationships because it was once really good by thinking you’re special and they’re a TF is damaging. You get one shot on this earth, don’t waste it with someone who is chasing and running and cheating “with a karmic” ugh, no. You are a whole person engaging in relationships with other whole people. Learn from them, enjoy them, and leave if they become toxic.
