I'm SO happy to almost be done with this dark night of the soul shit. My problem is that I'm looking for closure or at least an explanation as to why he left the way he did but I have to remember HE doesn't even know why he left. So me seeking an answer is like a dog chasing his tail. @@sellshortebay I have post-its all over with reminders to stay present. I'm such an over thinker by nature so with this dark night of the soul shit added on top of that.....its draining. But ur absolutely right.... the sooner I can put this into practice the sooner my energy will shift. In the beginning my focus was to be with my dm. I had a shift last night though....EVERYTHING will improve ($$, family, friends etc.) He's just going to be a bonus. ❤❤

My twin and I have communication issues. Honestly, I just want to sit next to him and not say anything. Just to BE in each other’s presence is enough for me. No need to talk...let sit through this energy and then it will come natural. We tend to overthink everything.

I just came back into union with my twin flame. It's crazy cause just a few weeks ago I was like " I never want to see her again, keep her away from me." And now she's like my best friend, as though we never went into seperation. I know I still have a choice. So, I told her I just still need to spend time with just me right now. And she's very respectful of that. I love that about her.
To be honest, I don't think about my twin flame coming back into my life in the physical world. I don't have that anticipation or need that expectation in that regard. It's like the best freedom in the world. It doesn't matter what things are like in the physical world. It's that wonderful sense of knowing that within myself all is well. That is the only way it can be. That is me free of all the duality of the physical world. I agree, language does present a barrier to describing this. The best I can come up with is this: When it comes to my twin flame, it isn't me and me plural. It is me singular.

I finally get this crap and although I thought I let my TF go months ago when I quit talking to him he was on my mind from the minute I woke up till I would finally go to bed!! It was insane I wasn’t crying over him anymore but all I did was talk to myself about him all dam day! What he did why he left me for some other woman and all kinds of crazy shit. I think 🤔 ppl struggle with the concept of not thinking and that sometimes you are in waking meditation in your daily activities. I slip In and out if it. Sometimes I'm batshit insane and completely ego identifying and other times I feel zen and not obsessive or trying to understand it with my mind.

Honestly listening to this video I felt some sort of worse resistance and then breaking down. I can tell my mind is fighting this. Which makes me more curious to look deeper into it. I can’t even explain what it feels like it’s like a paradox. Trying to visualize what you’re saying isn’t working which makes sense because it’s my brain. And then telling myself my brain is separate from who I am really blew me away right now. I’m going to have to digest this now lol
Awesome Kurt. My love of my life ran away 2 months ago. Ghosted mee. My mind went crazy. Than I fund Kurt on UA-cam and I got peace. Strange tings are happening inside myself. Maybe wakening up. You are on your awakening journey you don’t have to cry because your soul “ doesn’t want” you and runs you can find now an amazing life partner who will be 100 % even better fitting to you then your Twin Flame because TF usually mirrors us so that means most of all ( not always depending on karma).. they are not good life partners for us and it sucks.. not always. And loosing that identification also stops the attaching to the person that’s my twin. So it actually feels like there’s finally some progress in this journey. It might even get fun this way 😊
