Your videos and products are incredible. I'm restoring a 2005 Precedent. I'm using several Madjax products including a lift, genesis seat, front seat covers, dash, and more. Having a blast doing it, and you have made it SIMPLE with these videos. I'm a Madjax man all the way.
Question ❓ ( First of all that was a very good and professional video!! ) So my question is about the toe! So far I have 2 videos saying to toe in on the front wheels and 2 videos that say toe out on the front of the wheels ! So I am confused ?? Also you mentioned to make your adjustments with the steering wheel straight ! Thank You! No one else mentioned that and of course my steering wheel is crooked but think I can correct that now by taking the steps in this video !
He mentions setting the front toe out not in? Every other video I see on setting golf cart toe it's always setting with slight toe in. not out. just like with any rear wheel drive car you normally set slight toe in. Is this toe out necessary with the madjax lift kit for some reason?
Excellent video. However, lower bolts for camber adjustment are too short to fully engage all the threads--a design flaw. I have standard (stock) tires/rims and even with adjusting the upper arms I was forced to remove the thick lock washers supplied with the kit from the lower arms to have sufficent threads. In lieu of the washers I used lock tight on the threads. An extra 3/4 inch length on the lower bolts would have solved all the issues--otherwise it seems to be a good kit.
Might be a good idea to include a disclaimer that, if using the hd leaf springs, the leaf springs have a front and rear end. I'm an idiot and put them on backwards. Thought they were symmetrical. Needless to say, I had to do the rear lift twice.
Installed without problems. But the alignment will not stay put after driving. Have readjusted numerous times and it keeps changing. It is perfect then take it for a drive and it drifts a lot. Also the camber on the right seems to need more adjustment to the outside than can be done with the available threads
i wish they made this in the 3 inch kit i dont want a cart i have to climb up in to ride around the camp ground i want this style with A arms for the ride so when i hit pot whole dont throw me out of the cart

After my install my left front tire I noticed when backing up jackknifes 90degrees inward. The right side can to but not as easy. If made all adjustments but still will do this. I don’t see anything that stops this. Does anyone know of a fix? I’m scared to let the kids ride it.

If it's still needed, or for anyone watching, adjust the toe in NOT out.
the 7 inch heavy duty double A-Arms kit can install on Yamaha G14 too.
I like the video, it helped me a lot, but the music with continuous guitar riffs got I little distracting.

I ran into the same issue - I'm only able to get 3/4 of the nuts threaded onto the bolts with the top adjustments maxed out.

Is the included hardware pack Stainless Steel? Nothing I hate worse than parts rusting and looking like trash.

Unfortunately not Guy, the spindles aren't compatible with the disc brakes.

Are lift kits the same for the DS and precedent? I see alot of lift kits for DS but not so much for precedent.

Yes, we recommend HD rear leaf for a rear seat. This would also be a good time to install new bushings and sleeves.

There are two long bolts, I believe the nut is on the top. Very easy.
