Upstage in a large cap might have made a difference for you. This Untold Story really pretty. Can you explain permatease? I think the hand tied cap looks so naural on you. Great on you. The unintend is a beautiful wig style too.

HI Susan, thank you so much for the lovely compliment. These are warm colors. SS Hazelnut has ginger highlights and Bronzed Sable has coppery highlights. Similar colors but not exactly the same would be Mocha with Cream in Belle Tress, 8/27/33H in Henry Margu, and 8/27H in Estetica. I hope this helps. xoxo

GORGEOUS wig! So flattering on you. On in Ten was fine but this is truly beautiful on you (and I like the color on this style, too). I LOVE the new short bio hair! ADORABLE!. I'm thinking about doing the same thing. My long hair makes wearing wigs more difficult ... but I think I'm still too much of a scaredy cat! Maybe you will inspire me to cut my hair and lose some weight ...

Hi Milton, thank you so much for visiting and the lovely comment. I prefer Untold Story. I tried Upstage, but it runs quite small to the point I could barely get it on my 21,5" C. It also has more permatease and seems to be higher density. Since my face is quite wide from cheek to cheek, Upstage is very short on me (I know, sounds weird). Bottom line, I look like a mushroom cap :-). I do love it on others, but it's just not for me. xoxo Marlene

As always, thank you! This color comparison is so helpful for me! I think Bronzed Sable may work for me. I just ordered my first RW in Stop Traffic from WS1 in Glazed Cinnamon last night. My one question about your (and other) videos.......I don't understand what the water does. It just temporarily tames the fibers, right? Because it isn't a product. Does the water do anything long term? Does that make any sense? Thanks!
Hi! Thank you so much for visiting! Water doesn't do anything long term. We spray our wigs with water to separate the fibers and help with the flyaways. However, this is a temporary fix. The same applies if we use a product such as WigWax or hairspray. For a permanent change, we need to apply heat if the wig has HD fibers or steam for regular fibers. xoxo Marlene

Beautiful! I just ordered her in RL511 Sugared Charcoal for my daughter’s wedding. I am all about big hair and will have to get some lift on top! I’ve never had a hand tied cap before. Can i backcomb it or what would you suggest to get lift? I could use Wig Wax or a volumizer, just not sure which is the best way to go. I don’t want to ruin her by backcombing if that’s not a good idea. TIA!!!
Hi Lindsay, oooh, I bet it'll be beautiful in RL511. I'm looking forward to seeing it. Hmmm, I'm sorry, I've never tried backcombing on a wig. I'm not sure how that would work. I think Wig Wax is the way to go. You can always pick up some fibers, create the lift, and clip with a small claw clip. I do that often. I'm not sure if I showed it in this video, but I know I've done it in others. xoxo

When I saw your natural hair I began to hope that you'd showcase the sugar & charcoal (RL511) I want Untold Story (my 1st wig I think I could wear) so bad..but I've yet to see anyone model that color. Do you own any Marlene?
Hi! Thank you so much for stopping by! I have a video showing On Point by Raquel Welch. I showed it in 3 colors and one is RL511. I also have a review of Timeless Beauty by Gabor (same manufacturers as Raquel Welch) in Sugared Charcoal. They only difference between Sugared Charcoal on Gabor and Sugar and Charcoal in RW is that Gabor wigs are primarily regular synthetics and RW are mostly heat friendly; however, if you take a look at my review of Timeless Beauty and On Point, you'll notice there's not much difference in the colors. I no longer have either one of these otherwise I'd do a dedicated video of just grays. Guess I'll be putting that on my list :-) xoxo

Hi Sue, I don't see why bangs couldn't be cut in; however, I haven't so I can't say with 100% certainty. I live in FL where it's usually very hot and humid and I'm not hot wearing Untold Story. xoxo

Hi Sherry, if I'm understanding the question, the ear tabs are falling over your ears? If so, you can stitch a couple of the wefts together to have them align properly. One of our admins on the FB page has 19" circumference and has to make all her wigs smaller even the petites. xoxo
