I bought this color for my first Editors’s Pick because I’m a natural dark brunette but I wanted to inch my way toward blonde- it was perfect for that. Brunettes moving toward blonde or Blondes moving toward brunette because it isn’t FLAT- it has a good mix of various shades of everything in it (especially brunettes- that you can better see in person) And EVEN a mix of Ash and Warmth and Neutral. It’s the real mix of all mixes imo. I agree with someone else.. I see some warmth in it also. However, there may be SOME variations between pieces as always. Plus, mine was on a diff style if that matters a little? Denise’s looked extra light and blonde allover compared to mine.

Well that color is so beautiful. Kinda wish i had that color instead of my RL4/6. However, my Untold Story I am really going to have to play with because I have some coldset or hotset, haha at the to of the part It will just take some playing with! Still feels more comfortable than my RW In Charge.

That wig is just adorable on you! It’s funny, as I’ve been watching a ton of your past videos, you’ll put on a wig and the first thought is “oh, that’s not her color,” yet as you keep talking, all of a sudden you begin to think “wow, that looks really great on her!” which only tells me that your personality and just wearing something with confidence is really what you need, not the “perfect” color. With that said, I just purchased my first wig, Mellow in Caramel Kiss RT4, from Name Brand Wigs and couldn’t be happier. I needed my first to be something that felt like me, and my friends didn’t even know I was wearing a wig as it was my almost exactly my color and style. I’ve lost over 60% of my bio hair due to Covid pneumonia with over 12 days of high fevers in December, and even tho I know it will come back, I didn’t want to go into hiding for the next year, so I decided to make lemonade! I love that Name Brand Wigs is faith-based, I love that God led me to another sister in Christ in my same age bracket, and I love that you live in MN (I’m in sunny, southern Savage, haha), and to top it off you have my sister’s name :) Thanks for such informative, enjoyable videos…I’ve learned a lot in a short amount of time from you!
I love ALL this!!! My step-daughter lives in Prior Lake, so very close to you!!! I 100% agree that confidence is huge with wig wearing. I truly think that and the joy it brings me is why I can wear so many different styles and colors.... I just found a way to embrace it for what it is, a fun accessory that is WAY better than the alternative (my thinning, fragile hair). I do think that feeling like you have to hide your wig wearing (I'm using the general "you" here) also contributes to wig wearing stress and frustration. Once I started telling people about it I felt a freedom that was amazing! HUGS!!
I do, but you would probably need to take steam to the front to get the bangs to lay flat since there is some lift there that would make it seem like your bangs had a cowlick. I think it would be pretty easy to fix, though.
Really appreciate your color description esp re gray/not REALLY gray. Could still be a bit blonde for me, how do you think/best guess that this color and fiber would respond to a dip in some gentian blue? Thanks, Denise.

That is a great question!! I have never used Gentian blue so I really can't comment on it. I did buy some Gentian Violet but haven't tried it yet.
