I listen to this everytime I'm restless or can't go to sleep. I think about past events and what I could have done better all the time, and sometimes it gets really annoying to the point where I cry because it makes me tired. But now that I have your soothing voice, I can rest easily without crying all the time

This song is just so fitting and sorrowful considering the events of 3.0. Especially regarding Shinji and Kaworu.
The lyrics is so moving, whenever I read it I get emotional.
Its crazy to think that this was a song from 3.33 after watching 3.0+1.01. It feels like it has so much meaning from the fourth film. Some of those lyrics seem just too spot on for what happened in the first main arc of Thrice upon a time.
Such a good song, its hard to compete with the ED from the final just because it is the end but I think this song is my favorite from the series.

Wow this is the best english vocal cover of this song that I've heard and I thought I had listened to them all lol. Such an amazing job on the translation as well. I've heard other versions with slightly different lyrics and I never understood the song, but with this version I totally get it now and it's so much more beautiful knowing what the song is actually about now.

Years ago i found this cover. I didnt know what evangelion was. But since it was a cover i searched up the original also.
I began to wonder more... "whats a eva? Whos shinji?" I then heard it was amazon prime. I watched it all.
I have no regrets. I loved the series and still do. It sounds stupid but it did help me alot as a 13 year old. (yes that is how old i was when i found it)

I found my way to Evangelion because of Chris Chan parodies of all things, but I was intrigued by Eva when I would normally never even consider watching an Anime. It's had a huge positive influence on my life also! Truly a profound work of art that benefits from repeat viewings.
P.S. (If you don't know who Chris Chan is, save your sanity & don't look them up. That's a rabbit hole to NOT fall down.)
