    I've been trying to do this but my body gets restless and I get itchy or my muscles start tensing up. Do I need to keep working on relaxing my body?

      Yes. The more relaxed you are the better the results.

    My legs are shaking like C.R.A.Z.Y 😳🤯, it's absolutely INSANE, is this normal? Is there so much trauma to release?

    I did this and now my jaw hurts like hell. Is this connected?

      It can. Hips and jaws are connected. There are plenty of vidéos on UA-cam on this topic.

    So my right arm shook like crazy and then the heart palpitations started. But nothing in my legs.
