What a "COOL" adventure, got to see some of my friends along the way such as Emily, Derick, Issac, junkyard and many more of my favorite classic car crew thanks so much for sharing. Cheers from Jacksonville Florida 🌞
Junkyard Kevin's gambler car reminds me of a question. For highway touring, would he save gas with large tread diameter? or low profile tires with smaller tread diameter? smaller diameter would lower the car for less air resistance, but larger diameter, as he is running, covers more distance with less RPM's. I don't know which is more important for fuel use.
@@alan6832 I come from the 4x4 world where bigger tire's generally mean decreased fuel economy. The engine has to work harder to turn the larger tire. So even though it's turning slightly less rpm it's working harder at that lower rpm than it otherwise would. Hope that answered your question.
@@willfarrar3263 I can think of why it might be illusory though, because the bigger tires might throw the odometer off and a wrong odometer reading might be used to calculate a wrong mileage.

Thank you for taking us along!!
Great cover of the tour! Tks for sharing.
Kinda curious what kind of gas mileage that got with the modern motor
Me too
Best I got when keeping track was 22 mpg. Bet this thing could touch the 30s with a highway gear or taller tire.

'Pumpkin' took her Dad's nickname to the extreme!
41:02 I'm wheezing 😅😂, I had a '98 Venture van that did this!
I'm guessing these funky light flashing occurrences was a common umm "quirk" with GM vehicles as they aged, yes? Because Lord knows I've seen it happen on everything from Cavaliers, to Savanna cargo vans to as we can see - classic Trans Ams. I low-key love it! Gives the cars extra charm!
I enjoyed your video very much, I'm glad you had a fun trip, Good Luck in the future
By far my favorite series. Dream car is a 1970 to 73 Challenger. Awesome work.
Best product ad ever lol keep up the great work keep the faith brother
Something about those Nashville shots at the end just made me feel good. I know I’m close to home once I see that stretch.
