Bro I play on ps5 I'm reinstalling the game now The first 40 odd gbs downloaded now and it says ready to play I checked manage game content and it shows 4 packs installed Special ops pack Multiplayer pack Campaign pack 1 Campaign pack 2 But the problem is as soon as the game is fully downloaded I'll enter the game but then the screen will go black before the loading screen comes up then it'll show dev error 5476 before eventually showing installation suspended. Are you playing on xbox or ps? If xbox the system selects which packs you have to install. After that all you need to turn off your xbox and clear cache by press holding power button in xbox for a minute. The turn on xbox again.

They have changed the packs choices and installation a bit after WZ2 release , you need to download base game 75gb and then download all required packs on it.
If you only need to play campaign then remove the whole game and download or install the only campaign base game and thats it. It usually give you an option for base campaign game when installing the game.

I had the same problem initially.This worked for me: Click the lit Xbox button. On the menu that opens up you should see "Modern Warfare" on the list below. Scroll down to that entry and click the button with 3 lines. This will open another menu. Click on 'Manage games and add-ons". On the next screen that opens, click on the 'Modern Warfare" box (should be highlighted) with the A button. Click on "Manage installation on External". The next screen that opens should have all the add-ons listed - a total of 9. For some reason this doesn't happen when you go through MS store or through "My games & apps". Next, click "select all" and install add-ons. Hopefully your'e up and running after this step. However, I wasn't. When I went back into the menu to check on the update status about a half hour later, the add-ons all said they were installed which is impossible due to the size of the download. Assumed there was a glitch and they had already been installed. I tried starting the game again but got the same message that I needed to install add-ons. Tried restarting Xbox. Same result. Turned off Xbox and unplugged for 30 seconds. Restarted Xbox and success! Add-ons started installing. After two days of aggravation the add-ons are installed, and I'm finally able to play in the campaign mode.

Thats ok and that must be installed (if you are talking about the add-ons mentioned at 1:00), but together with that you must install the actual data packs add-ons which are mentioned here 02:30 (and onwards)
For campaign i think you only need some of the packs. Campaign, Data pack 1,2,3 and texture pack. Why not you start downloading one by one and try playing campaign each time!

Everything finished installing it totally worked the best way to fix it is un instal the game and let everything download

I Uninstalled the game finna try and reinstall everything I selected everything well except for the campaign stuff hopefully this works

Bro you need to hard restart or clear SYSTEM CACHE on you XBOX or PS before trying again. Thats what I heard helps in most cases. Try and let me know here!
