    Thank you broo my x3 have a foult of fuel rail pressure and DDE glow plugs I change it but foults still coming

    Great video, thanks for the heads up on this job. Could you provide the dimensions of the tool, would be more interested to fabricate it rather than getting cheap ones online.

    Factory manual has a special tool inserted into the flywheel on automatic transmission to block the flywheel and requires removing exhaust bracket from transmission. Is this not necessary?

    Hey, i've to change the CR-Pump at my E39 530D of 2003. Is it the same way to get the VP44 Bosch Pump out of the M57 Engine? The Tool ive just bought. Have i to turn the Engine on OT of the first Cylinder and have i to fix it on OT? Thanks for help

    Stupid question but is the fuel pump «timed» to the crank/camshafts? Does the engine need to be at a specific time/tdc when removing or installing the high pressure fuel pump?

      I believe the pump fits onto a woodruff key, so should be impossible to get it wrong. It's common rail anyway, so even if you could get it wrong, you'd probably only notice on a dyno.

      The tool stops the timing chain and diesel pump cog from falling ....also keeps the timing in check...

    Hi, i have an issue with my r90 fuel pump, I’ve just upgraded from r70 to r90 following every step from this video. Well , after I’ve done fitting the car is starting and sounds allright, but in the time while I’m driving and as soon as I pull it, limp mode come on and engine is cutting off. Does anybody know what can this be ? I measured the pump pressure and it looks like is not reaching the target pressure ecu is requiring.

      Pump is attached to the timing chain, so long as your timing is correct you’ll be fine

    This most be a problem trying to do it while engine is in the car

      Takes about 1 hour to do while engine is in bay. Need to remove intake manifold, belt, vacuum and electrical wires moved out of the way.

    Hey boss! I’ve been having major trouble removing the belt ! I turn that bolt counter clock wise and no go. Am I doing it wrong?

      It's easy man take radiator out and in manifold of and use a gun to undo pump nut gear and tighten with gun asewll
