Yeah FFX is a good game. The only thing I missed in the series was controlling your own vehicles (boats, airships, etc) I like how FF classics did things to progress their game by making Chocobo's useful to get around the world map and opening the world map later in the game. They could have made FFX an even better game but it was still a good.
It's one of my favourite Final Fantasy games. I also really like FF 6,7,8, 9 and 12. I haven't played 16 yet because I'm waiting for it to come out on PC.
It was tonight I bested penance and nemesis with 255 everything except 130 luck, standard max hp and mp. I was skeptical but they weren't too difficult. 136 hours on the clock. All celestials and did everyones grids for the achievements. I farmed during the playthrough a little with all characters to make the playthrough easier, I probably didn't have to do that. An easy 15+ hours I probably could've shaved off and ended with the same results. Curious how many hours people spent maxing everything on the standard grid. Mine was on expert, 29 extra nodes at the end.
I'm currently at 90 hours in. I've found that the don tonberry trick works even at lower levels. I've made one revolution of the sphere grid with just Tidus alone, not fully completed yet( need level 4 keys an a few others). Everyone else is at 99 levels, and im currently using said levels. I'd expect another 60+ hours of doing this to get me satisfied.
@@KoolZone The clear sphere's are bought in the monster arena once you've captured all of the monsters. You need to capture i believe all 10 or maybe 5 of each minimum.
anyway can you show me Final Stat you get there bro.. if I am not wrong Acc 0. 60 Evasion. 230 Luck. 250 Agi. 255 STR DEF MAGIC M.DEF and rest is hp. isn't it?
yes it's just grinding. It took me longer in the original FFX because there was no speed up feature back than but it's a lot faster in the PC version since it comes with the speed up.
Can you do a more FFX & FFX-2 videos so far your videos explains so much others very hard its seems like they are rushing. Thank u so much for yoour hard work.
Absolutely! I still have quite a few videos coming for FFX since i'm at the end game. I am just trying to catch up on making videos for FF7 remake because it's a new game that lots of people need a walkthrough for and than I'll finish FFX.
This is the total of each sphere you need to max your attributes to 255, 63 sphere to strength, defense, magic, magic defense, accuracy, agility, 60 to luck sphere, 25 to mp sphere to get 999 mp, and the rest is HP sphere, if you using standard grid sphere, your HP is around 75k if you use break hp limit armor
I would prefer the agility and accuracy over magic honestly - plus farming luck is a nightmare so isn't it easier to go 255 on the easy status such as strength, magic defense, accuracy etc. and then get luck up to around 120-150ish?
When going after Jumbo Flan, slow him down first (you'll have to cast reflect and then slow on yourself) and then summon Anima. Juice Anima up with Haste, Regen and Dispel (in case Jumbo Flan uses Regen) and then just Pain. You'll kill it easily and achieve the overkill to acquire 2 magic spheres per battle.
If you don't have Anima or a beefed Yuna you can use Holy instead( Jumbo Flan is weak to it and it's animation is not as aggravating), just have it bounce off of one of the mains and Copycat it for the rest of the fight, if you have max magic def( wich i recomend) his Flare/Ultima will only tickle the party, it becomes a breeze, it's just time consuming
Idk how useful this is 3 months later, but... You need 333 HP, 25 MP, 63 Atk/Def/Mag/M.Def, 62 Agi, 15 Eva, and 58 Luck spheres. You don't need any Accuracy spheres. These will get you perfect stats. Just to clarify, if you overkill every single enemy, that's 167 Ironclad fights, 32 Juggernaut/Jumbo Flan/Tanket/One-Eye fights, 31 Fenrir fights, 15 Pteryx fights, 13 Vidatu fights, and 29 Greater Sphere fights. That's also assuming none of them drop Dark Matter instead of their spheres, which they definitely will. So add an extra 2-3 fights on to each of those, and about 20 extra to Ironclad. You'll also have to beat Earth Eater a couple hundred times (203 times to be exact) to get all the fortune spheres you need to max out everyone's luck. It also takes about 7.3 million gil in Clear Spheres if you plan on completely reorganizing the grid, or about 1.6 million gil if you just plan on replacing +1,+2, and +3 nodes. The grind is real, my friend.
I was thinking I need mostly strength and defend sphere because for dark yojimbo to strength up number to damage dark yojimbo more and defend for block dark yojimbo sword slash Your description and video look very useful. I going to give a try. Thank
@@serrothrotciv4244 you dont need to max stats for the platinum. you just need to fill out the sphere grid for every character and you can do that without maxing stats. Good luck with the platinum! The sphere grid trophy is probably the worst trophy to get for sure because of the grinding involved.
The PC version of FFX allows up to 4x speed but i have a mod installed that allows me to use 4x speed and still keep the sound effects (the 4x speed increase the pc version comes with disables sound effects)
One thing I dont understand about all the stat guides...... why max the sphere grid first, and then retrace it? Why not just... get the airship. capture monsters to complete the Arena collection.... and then start right there on the Attribute Sphere grinding? If you put a little planning in ahead of time (or just, don't grind a little extra, and buy a few more clear spheres), you can just take your characters who have maxed maybe 2 character-sections of the sphere grid and get started on grinding attribute spheres. This is what I have been doing on my last playthrough.. by the time you beat Sin, you can easily beat One-Eye. So that's 255 Magic Defence if you want to grind it all the way out, but you don't even have to, if you get bored. Just go to around 200, get the rest later... You should be able to beat Fafnir (at least even with an Aeon. Bahamut and Anima have no trouble with Protect, Shell, Haste, and Drain added to their abilities), and grind the gil you need to bring for Auto Protect, Auto Haste, Auto Phoenix for the characters you frequently use (I recommend the ones you easily gain Celestial Weapons). I usually go with Wakka, Auron, Rikku, Yuna (because Aeons are underrated) Juggernaut is a joke to beat, and the more you beat it the faster it gets at this point, and it's easy as pie. Then Tanket becomes a joke, also, so that covers Defense. Wakka Overdrive is the key to grind Attribute Spheres of all types, so just pump the Strength and go at it. At some point, you're going to want Overdrive-AP x3 weapons. You can grind for gil to bribe for the 3x Overdrives to put on 3x APs from One-Eye, and you get enough for Overdrive-AP from the Arena gifts. Or you can beat Ultima Buster, which is extremely easy, and fast on International version. Just keep Yuna upgrading with your main 3, so that Anima has 255 STR, MAG DEF and DEF. Give her Haste, Protect, Shell, and Drain. Ultima Bust can't kill you, and 3 overdrives from Anima kills Ultima Buster, plus a few regular attacks. Rinse repeat, easy as pie. Get the AP grind weapons for all characters desired , and turn them lose on the sphere grid. There is no need to max the whole sphere grid to start grinding the arena, it's total overkill, and it makes you fight Kottos a million times and burn a bunch of time and spheres on opening crappy +1 stats only to clear them on the second pass through..
