People always say this, the implication that a dirty or convicted cop will receive harsher treatment. I’d challenge you to cite the incident..any incident that could even roughly fall into that category, of prisoner on cop turned con violence or more intense bullying
Au contraire, prisons are filled with self interested scumbag who just as as sooner shiv their own grandmother than to lose face. If anything any retribution on this cop will be motivated by the same self interested, braggadocio reasoning
Besides the screws still run the prisons, not the cons. You ain’t seen corruption til you run with the CO’s. You think they’re gonna let some manged criminal off the streets bully up on one of their cop bar drinking buddies?

Spoken like a fellow criminal. Maybe if he didn’t live the life of a criminal, and if he would’ve listened to commands, he would still be alive. He made his choice. You cannot sit in your living room and say what you would’ve done if you were put into that situation as a police officer. I know you’ll bark back at me saying something stupid but calling him a dirty pig is ridiculous. What would you do if you pulled somebody over that had a gun in the car and did not listen to commands. Then starts flying down the street at a high rate of speed where he could easily kill someone. I guess that’s OK in your book. I guess if your mother or one of your kids or your wife was hit dead in the street , you’d be OK with that then? No, no, you wouldn’t. You’d be singing a different tune.

This is why I could never be on a jury. There is no way I could convict this guy. Even if he did not do his job perfectly. The driver of that car who had a criminal history. A criminal history means you cannot live with regular people in society, causing harm to other people. In other words, you are a living POS. I’m not saying somebody deserve to die but I’m saying this guy has a lengthy, criminal record and did not listen to commands, for all of those people out there siding with the criminal, I bet if he would have robbed, someone you loved, or when he was fleeing from the police, he ran into someone in your family, I bet you would be singing a different tune. At the end of the day a POS criminal is off the street. No one and I mean no one, can’t say what they would have done. If you put in that life in that situation. To send a police officer to prison in this type of situation is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe 12 jurors actually agreed. I wonder how many black jurors they got on that panel.
