Good to know that they deleted the MDS with the manual transmission. All Hemi's are known for lifter roller failures due to long warm idle times, supposedly the 6.4 has a higher failure percentage than the 5.7. However, since there are more 5.7's on the road with an estimated 5% of failures it does appear like it happens more. I am currently looking at 2015+ SRT8s with manual transmissions even though the 8A is a great transmission. Thank for the video, it was informative and in detail.
Excellent and thoughtful review. This car has a lot going for it, but often gets unfairly maligned by automotive journalists. I really think this car shouldn't be thought of as a muscle car, but rather as a classic GT in the true sense. The comfortable suspension, roomy interior, and large trunk are all attributes of the classic GT that have largely been forgotten by today's automakers. All of the current testing on the Nurburgring has given us sports and "GT" cars with overly-stiff, punishing suspensions that aren't very suitable for extended, real-world driving. With the beautiful re-designed interior of the 2015 Challenger, this car is truly the quintessential American GT and, as such, is very desirable. It looks and sounds great as well. Well done Dodge.
If you owned one you would know that it is the ONLY modern muscle car on the road. I own one. I've also had a Camaro and driven the mustang. This car is WAY more fun to drive
Alex, tnx for your reviews. We don't have much cars like this in Europe, so its really important to get a feeling of the car from reviews like these. Tnx for sharing that, providing analysis, details. I appreciate dodge, chrysler, jeep models. Great job, tnx
Yeah, I remember when I first saw it in person at the auto show I was quite unpleasantly surprised by the size of this car. I really love the retro American muscle car design, but this is unnecessarily oversize and overweight. I sincerely hope Dodge will soon introduce the next generation of Challenger that's much leaner.
The original was a really pretty car. Perfect proportion. This looks horrible. I also hope the next one is leaner but if it's on the same platform it most likely won't be.
To show off the emergency realease thats inside to stop kidnappings idk why he didnt mention that feature but all new cars must have some lever to help kidnapp victims
haha!!! that's right when i went to hit "dislike". Not just that he said it, but how he said it made me dislike this vid haha. If you're not a fan of that period you have no business reviewing this car.
You give very good reviews. Very detailed, Thanks for doing that. I could actually make a decision without going to a showroom....but it's always fun to test drive them and see them up close and personal.
Awesome car and engine, Mopar's have always been my fave. Love your honest opinion about the cushier riding suspension. And that grin..............PRICELESS! :p
This is a really good review with much details about this car, thx Alex. Does this car have a rear view cam or at least parking sensors? I project to buy a 2012 Challenger (in orange paintshop) for about 40000 Euro this year.
Why take a car like this on twisty back roads? That is not what this car is designed for. It isn't a Mustang GT350R, it's a Challenger SRT for chrissakes.
The interior is a joke and ruins the whole car! I woulda bought one years ago but the interior is where im at all the time and its just awful. Its also too heavy of a car
It's terrible I know, this is one of the oldest videos on the channel and it had some issues so I downloaded it, re-edited what I could and tossed it back up as a fix. I don't think it repaired it to my new standard so I don't think I'll be resurrecting any other oldies.

Harsh suspension? Relative. I am a biker, try a rigid for 1200 miles one way lol buckle up!
i died when he said.. "you can still fit two journalist in the trunk" LOL!
2014 Dodge Challenger SRT8, the best car, for kidnapping!!
Manual transmission rules!
FutureParadise what do you say now to the 8 speed automatic transmission for the 2015-18 challenger
I would definitely buy the 392 Challenger. It's beautiful!
Alex, tnx for your reviews. We don't have much cars like this in Europe, so its really important to get a feeling of the car from reviews like these. Tnx for sharing that, providing analysis, details. I appreciate dodge, chrysler, jeep models. Great job, tnx
Holy shit this thing is huge. Also the review was good but there are def some subtle improvements.

7:00 WHY THE HELL whould you want to close yourself in the trunk??? XXXDDD
Because it's a transformer duh!...lol
you never know when you need to hide a body....
because the trunk is so giant he needs to show it off
😂😂😂😂😂
To show off the emergency realease thats inside to stop kidnappings idk why he didnt mention that feature but all new cars must have some lever to help kidnapp victims
I think this guy should stay in the trunk.
Stopped watching at "not a fan of cars from the time period that this car is trying to imitate."
haha!!! that's right when i went to hit "dislike". Not just that he said it, but how he said it made me dislike this vid haha. If you're not a fan of that period you have no business reviewing this car.
niceprince so why look at all ? dork
I stopped when he said it’s 2013, not 1973,. Clearly the Challenger from 08-14 was modeled after the 1970 mode year.
You give very good reviews. Very detailed, Thanks for doing that. I could actually make a decision without going to a showroom....but it's always fun to test drive them and see them up close and personal.

2 spark plugs per cylinder? Man that's crazy!! Lol
Thanks for the great review. You sold me, and more important, you sold my wife!
Thanks again.
Great review Alex! keep up the great work! you earned a new subscriber! :)
This one's better looking than its original from 1973
I love the hot tub in the back, total plus!
There is a deer at 10:46 Did he even see it haha?
Just bought an orange 2014 392 6 speed 💪🏻💪🏻
How has it been? Love to hear some owners feedback
I wish more Challengers came with a convertible option.
What was going on in your mind at exactly 4 minutes? You looked very disappointed lol
Fist of all that car isn't sexy. It's a beast.
So you're doing a review on a car where you're not a fan of its heritage???????? And why mention using regular gas at all. WHO MANZ IS THIS!!!
Why take a car like this on twisty back roads? That is not what this car is designed for. It isn't a Mustang GT350R, it's a Challenger SRT for chrissakes.

Turned it off when he said he's not a fan of cars from the time period
Lookin like this man got a fuzzy chest 😂
Love that car
Where are those windy roads?
Awesome review!! Make me want a muscle car instead of a truck, stop it:)
Your vids arent showing up in my feed y?
Are you still using RSS? I'm not 100% familiar with how that works with UA-cam.
I love this car, great car its just over priced
45k, really.....lets get real.
35k
Worth every penny x2
A 2 body trunk very useful lol
I like it and I don't like anything
I like the rims =)
How many lawyers can fit in the trunk?
The charger is shitting on this
Can you review a dodge dart I am thinking of purchasing one
What do you mean more?None do!
Why are you reviewing thissp. Go grab your prius and head out.
Maybe you should drive it like a challenger instead of a damn sedan
i stopped when he said the two door version of the charger and 300.............. it's a challenger nothing more nothing less
it's amazing!! but can anyone tell me dodge is reliable?
no
Challenger is 5300lbs
Yeah right maybe with your old lady sittin shotgun ! haha
Overweight and not competitive with either top offerings from ford and g.m
45.....whaaaat!!! Oh ok because of the Mercedes parts right? lol
Perhaps a little, but mostly it is down to the ginormous low-sales-volume engine.
Plenty of plastic grilles in 1973. . . .
Yeah you should review hondas
Whats RSS
Oops. I'm confusing you with someone else who was asking about RSS. I'm not sure why it's not showing up, I'll see if UA-cam knows anything.
"Algorrizims" xD
Need for speed Heat
great looking car . complete piece of shit.
Bad editing in this vid man :(

I don’t like this dude
