      Thanks Phil! It definitely has it's pros and cons. Just like any other tool. But one thing is for sure. You save a lot of time by not having to make trips back and forth to your pump.

    Wonder if my titan 1140 can handle it. I mean. It handles some crazy nasty thick dock and roofing coatings. So I don't see a foreseeable issue.

    I've ran machines for 26 years that has to feel weird knowing that you don't have to push !! 🤔 Also I don't know if I wanna be tied down with a hose behind me 🤷 I like to run

      Them hoses can probably be a couple hundred feet long. What with the machines capacity with pressure I feel like even just 100 feet of hose can be plenty to run in some houses

    He's so far away from the head and that huge pole flex, his back and shoulders will be ruined in 10 years.

      This is drywall....it doesn't matter what you do your back and shoulders will be ruined in 10 years. lol.
      This is probably one of the easiest methods on your body for finishing angles.

      @@drywallnation I've been working with automatic tools for 15 years.
      The key is to always be close to your tool, wether it's a flat box, angle head, bazooka etc.
      It might be a bit slower to use your stilts to finish your angles, but if you have back pain at 40 years old, you'll be much slower for a very long time.

    • @drywallnation
      @drywallnation  4 роки тому +1

      @@ProbeGT2 So you run your corner box and and bazooka off of stilts?

    • @ProbeGT2
      @ProbeGT2 4 роки тому

      @@drywallnation I don't use a corner box, i use a blueline mud tube to finish my corners. 8' i don't use stilts but 9' and more i do all my walls 1st then get on my stilts to finish my ceilings.
      I only use my bazooka to tape corners and use the same method. I do all my flats and butts with mesh and durabond90 so i can box them one coat the same day.
      Yes the blueline tube is heavy but if you balance it well in you hand it is not more work than a standard tube, and you can finish a lot of corners before you have to refill.

      @@drywallnation I also have the tallboy pump. Very nice thing to have with the bazooka you can easilly fill it when on stilts. Most people i know hate this pump because it's heavy but in the long run, it's a back saver.
      I also bought 7 gallons bucket to go with it.
