Excellent recipe!!! I must make some. Winter is coming. Stuck inside, because of snow or cold, brownies and movies. 😋

If you cut brownies with a plastic knife, it doesn’t “clump up” so much. Really works.

Just found your channel and love what you do… so watching the home made brownie mix can you use powered butter and powered egg and maybe just add water?? If so what would be the measurements?

I’m sure you could! I’m not sure since I haven’t made it this way but I’m sure the packaging of that product would say what amount is equal to what the recipe calls for. Thanks for being here.

Great recipe, thank you! Sometimes I just need a brownie.....Do you ever make this with oil instead of butter, and if so, what oil and how did it turn out?

Question… Could you use powered eggs? And if you used vanilla sugar, would it go bad faster???

You could. I find them to cost too much around me and are hard to find. Although the egg prices are rising so it may be a good idea. The vanilla sugar would be amazing and it will last the same amount of time.

It makes a ton of batches

I get that, but it is still a lot of sugar. Can you please also make recipes with healthy sugar alternatives? Even if you make 4 batches, it still means you use 2 cups of sugar for one batch. This is poison for the body...

@@rosalyn6940 We do sometimes use other sugar options. You can use coconut sugar.

@@rosalyn6940 I would suggest that you try a single batch and experiment with adding sweetener later. General rule when substituting honey is to use half the amount of what you’d use as granulated sugar. Good luck! Thanks for all your excellent content, Ali! ❤
