Hi bro.. Enaku Feb 4 10k marathon iruku.. Just yesterday dha register pannen.. Capacity check panradhukaga today 10k try pannen.. Finished successfully with a small walk after 5kms..starting constant pace.. After 5k a little slow pace... Feb 4 idhaye Feb 4 maintain pannikava.. Am a regular runner (3 to 4k daily)
