Wow! I’m looking to purchase this can and seeing this durability makes me feel like I’m making the correct choice for a dedicated 5.56 can. Incredible. Plus, it costs LESS than the other “flow-through” cans.
@SilencerCo This has to be the best dedicated 5.56NATO suppressor on the market currently! I can't wait to pick mine up! Keep up the great work fellas!
More details needed! Firing sequence, # of rounds, and inspection of suppressor and mount during and after testing. Seems like an awesome can and I look forward to learning more about it.
@@taylorbrown3286 it’s definitely going to eventually happen, but releasing one every year helps keep the hype and sales up, so you might have to wait awhile until it’s available, then the tax stamp, so maybe 2 years until you can own it? Yeaaa sorry don’t hold your breath :/ other companies have 30 cal flow through tho
@@darthdavid2275 Your right just wished they would hurry up lol but I guess this year I’ll buy a few cans from Q and there new line of steel cans coming soon.
damn it seems like 3 mags full auto back to back made it glow, seems a little premature in comparison to other cans back to back auto dumps ive seen videos of, to be honest.
Man, feel sorry for those poor tech folks, having to endure those kinds of working conditions, it is bordering on unfair labor practices.., poor people show up for an honest days work., and are taken down into the bowels of the building and put in a room, and told not come out till you have “destroyed” this particular piece of equipment.., close to criminal……, well somebody’s gotta do it…. Where do I sign up.., i’ll do it for free… Love my Omega, and my Octane 45
Yep. At least I’m not the only one to go to the range with ammo belts around me. No! That’s that’s not weird even if I don’t own a belt fed. Stop judging.
So that happened at a couple hundred rounds? Like how tf are you going to put out a video like this with zero stat / information. Btw, I’m still buying one, but “cmon man!!!!”
@@yongyea4147with all the frame cuts how can you possibly know what the round count was..some footage was belt fed 1:05 so was obviously two different guns..so..you were saying?? Dummy go back to your mom’s basement
For a can that’s advertised as “no added back pressure” would’ve been cool to see you use a nicely tuned upper that wasn’t ejecting forwards bouncing brass off your little plexiglass window lol
Even a properly tuned rifle will eject forward when it gets that hot running mil spec ammo. Test for yourself and do a mag dump and see where your first and last case fall.
Yeah, the issue is most rifles from factory are way over gassed, and there’s some good reason for it. Otherwise you would have issues running steel case ammo and under powered ammo in the cold weather particularly. I have learned that a properly installed adjustable gas block with detents works best to set up. I get4 o clock ejection and so smooth of cycling really has made a lot more fun and ease of shooting. Zero issues in reliability, even in -4 degrees, assuming I’m still running brass case
LOL this is no more than a 7000-10000 round silencer just like that Huxwrx garbage. HUGE profit margin on these 3D printed models. I’m a fan with multiple Silencerco cans and my next two will also be Silencerco, and even I can see right through this marketing. There’s a reason they didn’t show round count and several different ones were used.
Two things to consider Joe. 1.) We have a patent on the Hoplon Blast Baffle Design which significantly reduces blast baffle wear. 2.) Our suppressors have a lifetime warranty so even if you were to damage the product we will repair or replace it so logically it wouldn't make much sense for use to launch a product that would fail after 7,000 rounds.
@@SilencerCo That's fair. Appreciate the response. Curious why the video was edited in this fashion, though, rather than a legit torture test that's real world applicable to end users (with round count)?
@@jpdesimone The footage here consists of clips captured over the course of a year featuring several iterations of the final product. This video isn't meant to reflect round count but rather give customers a peek behind the curtain of what goes into testing our products. We push them well beyond real world application by an order of magnitude. Perhaps we can produce another video focused purely on round count through one of our beltfeds as we found using the MK18 the gas tube would pop before the suppressor failed.
@@SilencerCo Love this idea. Many of us are skeptical of getting into the 3D printed LBP flow-through cans because of the Huxwrx junk. Lastly, I appreciate you interacting with your customers here in the comments.
@@jpdesimone We want to show that not all 3D printed suppressors are created equally. We also love talking to our customers. They are the reason we exist and we all want the same thing. Awesome suppressors and firearm accessories that make the shooting experience the best it can be.
Great marketing video terrible facts video. No details no round counts no nothing.. what are you guys hiding here?? Make a video of how it stacks up to griffins dual lok 5 and the huxwrx flow 556. Untill then not impressed 🙄

Less than what you’ll ever need it for. lol
Why did you show a guy carrying a belt of 308 on his shoulder if this is a 556 can?
They have a 30 cal version too…
M249?
So what round count did it pop at
It looks bad ass with that paint burn off
Thank you for doing this!
Durable can. Wondering what rifle was used??
What does the internal geometry look like? 📐
Yes please
❤️ Silencerco!
Anyone else notice the linked beltfed dudes wearing at 1:03 isnt 5.56? Ill bet they are going to hit the market with a 30 cal version soon. 👀
When will the 30cal be available?
The chimera is close, just not flow through, but about the same toughness and full auto rated and no barrel restrictions
@@darthdavid2275 Thank You, I’m still hoping for the velos in 30cal, I heard one of the reps at shot show leaked the info on the velos 30cal.
