As my first silencerco can, I couldn’t be happier with mine. Lives on a Tikka T3x Lite in 300 WSM and it severely reduces felt recoil. Aligns perfectly every time and shoots lights out.
Considering this can has a muzzle brake end cap and is not meant to be used for tactical hard use purposes, I would probably say that maintaining a small signature under nods was low on their priority list of features for this can.
@austinfloeter565 my Omega 300 has a much more substantial brake, and due to it NOT having titanium baffling, doesn't emitt white sparks. What makes you think this can, "is not meant for tactical use"?
@@YZFoFittie Because it says specifically on their website who they intended the suppressor for. This can could not withstand a sustained firing schedule needed for tactical/gunfighter use. The titanium would be well over 800 degrees after two magazines which is the failure point for a Titanium suppressor. A can more suited to hard use/tactical purposes is their Velos LBP which is made out of Stainless and Inconel. Which they also state that on their website.
@@YZFoFittieYou must be a navy seal because I don't know of anyone else running around at night with a bolt action and nods worried about their IR signature lol use the can how you want dude, no one is stopping you
Second one was in .308 and 4th one was .30-30? Just double checking, I wasn't sure it would accommodate those rounds or not since it just says its for .30 cal, which could end at .300 BLK for all I know.
What does this suppressor do that my Omega 300 does not? I'm always in the market for more suppressors, but of everything on the market, what sets this apart?
The weight and length reduction. The Scythe Ti is half the weight of the Omega 300 and nearly an inch shorter all while maintaining the same great sound performance.
Having last half of shooting on different hosts. gives me an honest shot report. Loving my omega 9k, and look forward to getting more form silencerCo . (keep on doing the vids with the shots with the suppressor's)
@@SilencerCo awesome. I’m looking for something shorter that will work on 7.62x39 and my 556. I have the hybrid and a keymo adapter for it. And the asr adapter. How does it compare (DB) and sound to the SAker and Omega300?
THIS
Produces near identical numbers as the Omega 300 and is quieter than the Saker 7.62 on all calibers.
@SilencerCo so the benefit for us Omega 300 guys is just weight right?
@@YZFoFittie The Scythe Ti weighs 8.3oz and the Omega 300 weighs 14.8oz.
Just saw one today at my local sporting goods store.
Scary Light! I am putting this on my GPR
So, how do you recommend cleaning it? I've always just used an ultrasonic cleaner with a mild solution. Thanks.
still waiting on an answer also. DM'd them via IG and Emailed them Directly hard to get anyone on the phone also
Can't wait to see it and test it in Waxahachie this weekend!
Be prepared for greatness.
@@SilencerCo Is it low back pressure? High flow can? Is this full auto rated? Min 5.56 barrel length?
@@JPE_DRAEB No to all of your questions.
Really hoping to get one more asr mount, but it seems wherever I look, they seem to be out of stock. Such a great piece of equipment!
just got mine last week from optics planet, took 3 days
I love silencerco but asr mount sucks. Keymo mounted my omega 36 never been more satisfied.

Why does it not come with an ASR mount?
When can we get the standalone single port bravo end cap??

Yep, about half the weight. But unlike the Omega, it is not full-auto rated. So, choose wisely…
