Just a side note if you put the high range gearbox on the WS 49x and get some momentum, just put it in high gear and It will go very fast without stopping, uphill, or through a mud pit. High gear on the WS also majorly helps it accelerate. I have never gone that fast in any other truck
The Derry has gotten a lot better with the always on diff and ability to drop the pusher axle but I've also noticed it seems to sit up higher compared to the 49x's pusher axle. From my time playing with my 49x I sometimes can't tell if it's engaged or not as it looks almost equal to the rest of the frame and when it's dropped it really doesn't add much suspension height over all. The Derry on the other hand makes it very easy to tell when it's engaged and adds a clear increase to your suspension height
I don't know I find both of them add significant height when axle is pushed... but that height is not at all useful instead it does make them high-centered in certain situations
It might just be me I barely notice a difference on the 49x. With the Derry not only do I clearly see it but you can feel the performance difference. Maybe it needs time to settle in or possibly my truck is bugged but that pusher axle mind as well not exist. It's a fun truck regardless though
It would be nice if we were given the option to remove the drop axle or if they would just go ahead and make it live so the trucks are 8x8. The biggest reason why I never use the DR 3194 is because of that drop axle.
So to shed some light on that topic a little birdie told me they might be implementing actual physics for it. The reason they are there IRL is to take weight off of the other axels making it extremely easy for the truck to traverse on rough terrain with a heavy load
I think the Western Star is more of a Heavy Duty than a Heavy. It's so small compared to the real heavy haulers. I wish it has raised suspension and the ability to fit 49' wheels like the White Western Star. Aside from that the lift axle is pretty useful when hauling heavy loads over paved roads, but when offloading it should be turned off. It has the second best American engine in the game only beaten by the Twin steer West line V16. Overall I quite like the new truck. The horn made me buy it. It sounds so aggressive and cool. The Derry also became good but it's engine is a bit too weak for its size
I cannot love the Derry Longhorn 3194. I tried. Really tried. But it has a very bad turning radius & steers like a stubborn bull. I prefer the 4520. That thing steers well.

@@SD1ONE Thanks you
that dead axle comment is a damn lie. the longhorn has a suspension mode that will allow it to direct drive that axle.
Hi everyone...i bought the premium release on saturday but i can't download any mods cos i keep getting that 10001 errror code so has anyone know of a fix ....im on steam/pc xxx
How do you engage the 3rd axle?
Can't
Unlike the 4520 It’s power to weight ratio is at B
The 4520 should use the westline V16 like the twinsteer and big cats, no reason for it to share an engine with vehicles less than half its weight.
You upgraded to the wrong tyres for the Derry mate. Max stats in that tyre group are the first set.
Yah...other comments also mentioned that...but still derry outperformed WS even with that slight disadvantage
Next video Derry longhorn 4520 vs dan 96320 i waiting for the video.
derry longhorn 3194 had a always on difflock
That Derry is ugly as hell but it will get the job done. I love the 49X despite the front end bouncing around like a low rider and it tips easily with the log loader crane attached. Its a fast truck too. Should do a road race between the 49X and the ANK MK38. Another fast truck ... J
Please tell me what map in this video?
Western star 49x vs cat ct680?
Can you do the Bandit vs the azov 5319 please?
I have the KRS 58 bandit but want the Azov 5319 and I was curious if the 5319 would even be worth purchasing
The 5919 is ok it’s the faster of the 3 azov’s but it sucks fuel down quicker ....
I've noticed that the western star is pretty loose on high "speed". Does anybody else have that problem, too?
Yup
Finally derry longhorn improve
I love the derry
acting like the derry wasnt miles ahead just because of style alone.
Which game is this?
It’s BS how I can utilise the White for anything but the 49x can just manage
Derry 😍😍😍😍

anyone know how to get the trailer at 5:45?
It’s from phase 2
@@garypatnode2389 I know that, just cant find it in any trailer store
it's a mission trailer
You should call the main character Indian man Sam
Derry looks cooler also lol
Wrong tire selection on the Derry, you gave it the worst of the 3 optional tires.
Derry with the Freeway gearbox is unstoppable, leave it in high and breeze thru mud everywhere.
I choose derry
no stability test sadge
should've used the same tyre
Derry got horn from ETS !!!
I don’t understand why the WS is considered a heavy truck and not an off road truck it’s definitely the weakest heavy class truck
yes... it's heavy just because of that dead axle.... but I love it's engine though... it's very powerful yet fuel efficient as compared to something like Navistar
But at the least the WS is more beautiful. Don't like the Derry look.
Looks is literally the less important thing when you need a good truck to go offroad
looks are subjective....I like look of derry more than WS but it's my way of seeing things...I like old trucks and cars
Tell me how to download it for free?
