Interesting Video. I had this problem after my battery was getting a bit flat; next day - Suddenly no audio controls or Bluetooth and flashing odometer. No checking uncovered the problem either for 6 months, but after a 50-minute drive in 40 ° C in Aussie heat, my blue and me module sparked up and started jabbering on in Italian! Everything was working again and I only had to download an English patch and installed that via Fiat's USB port. God know what that was though.
Thank you for this! My mileage started flashing after a completely flat battery, car had to be restarted by the AA. I presume the fix is the same? Airbag warning light has been on since the flat battery too - is that caused by the same issue?
Is the 2012 American Fiat module located behind the glove box? If I disconnect the battery and reconnect it the blue tooth will come on for a bit then shut off. Any ideas? Also after three days it drains the battery.

If your mileage is flashing due to a newly fitted aftermarket radio, it is likely that the blue&me module detects there is no radio system which will cause the flashing to occur. We would firstly recommend simply disconnecting the battery for 10-15 minutes as this can sometimes rectify the fault, however if this doesn't work then you will need your blue&me module re-programmed. In Fiat brand vehicles, the KM/Mile light blinks when there is an error in the device or devices connected to the vehicle's CanBus line. Usually this error occurs when the BlueMe device malfunctions. If you have a Multiecuscan Program and ELM327 (modified) device. After the PROXI alignment process is completed, the KM light will be corrected and BlueMe will be cancelled.

In my North American fiat, the module is located under the glove box. You can access it by removing the 2 plastic plugs that hold the felt panel. Had the same problem with battery drain so i just disconnected the module since i wasn’t using it anyway. Odometer still flashing though which is a bit annoying.

Unfortunately you are correct, you will have to remove a lot of the side panel in the rear of the passenger side of the vehicle to access the unit, as well as removing 4 rivets which hold the unit in place. If you are not confident completing this, we would recommend asking a qualified technician or garage to complete this process for you.

I have a question. Today I swap old spark plugs for new ones. Before that I disconnected batteries ground. Then finished with spark plugs connected ground to battery mileage start flashing and no blue me, so it mean blue me module is damaged. I have a question I found in internet that broken blue me use battery when car is parked. Is it true? I want swap a radio with Apple Car so I don’t want to use blue. How to disconnect blue me forever?

I've replaced mine with a multimedia from Aliexpress and since then, the battery is being drained completely... Please help with the wiring diagram for the connectors going into the fiat amplifier P/N:05091803AE and the fiat radio P/N:28357336 Thank You
