Oh, this is fabulous!!! We have an ice cream shop here that has 10" or more Gummy Bears!! If I ever get up the nerve to make a mold, that'll be the first one I make!!
Never would have thought to try something like this. Amazing. 😮 I wonder how well Daniel Cooper’s hairspray technique would work with that mold. You should try to mold the snake just to see how it comes out. ❤❤❤
Holy WOW you used the candy it’s self. Sweet😮 I have used the packaging from various items mostly a one and done, one or so more if your lucky. Thanks Clair you excel. I have a lot of catching up to do.
Lovely mold from this cute gummy alligator, Ms Claire 😍 💜.Don't know when I will lay my hands on silicon. But Thank you so much for sharing the detailed process. The alligator made from your handmade mold looks much better than that gummy😍😍😍💜💜💜
Love the croc, kids would love these to play with. Deffo do the snake Claire please, if you use a anti static pouch or a dusting of talc is should hopefully get rid of the stickiness 😊
Cute! Definitely worth doing the snake, as that could be made to look pretty realistic or bizarrely spectacular! I make alot of fake bakes I've seen crafters on UA-cam tutorials use mini gummy bears etc to make moulds, and the results are amazing. But I haven't seen anyone make a mould of a giant gummy crocodile! Love it! x
Laughing at how happy this made you and the squeals of delight! Try abit of corn starch to get rid of the sticky on the snake. LOL gee that sounds so wrong!
Egg shell effect, when i worked at the now long gond Do It All we did this as paint examples to new staff, same with using a plastic shopping bag scrunched :)
The crocodile looks great! ❤ I made a mould out of Haribo cola bottle, bear and ring the other day 😁😁 I want to make earrings out of them. Just as I type Haribo you say it in the video!
You I’d it! Good idea you had to even try this. I bet the snake is next. If you covered him in chameleon powder, would that take the sticky feel away? I can’t help but think the sticky might interfere with the mold process.
It's weird how I was asking Google that same question a few days ago, can you make a mold out of gummy candy and here you are doing showing us if it can be done. Fingers crossed that it works. It worked yeah.
Claire, when you took off the backing of your double sided tape, did you place it sticky side up to attach to the mold or sticky side down to the mat? I'm thinking sticky side up but I wanted to clarify since I have this mold housing coming in a few days! :D So glad you put this vide out! The blue makes the croc look like it's in water lol
Haribo make giant gummy snakes! They definitely sell them in Germany as a friend took them back for me. They were huge! Unfortunately, I can’t post a vid of one, as I ate them all…
This is so weird as my daughter just had one of those snakes the other day but she ate hers and she was wondering why you didn't eat yours lol. Love the mold!! Yes please do the snake 🐍 one x
LOVE this, Claire! I think what I love most of all, though, is your happy giggle.💕😊😁 Yes, we have giant gummies. 😅
Oh, this is fabulous!!! We have an ice cream shop here that has 10" or more Gummy Bears!! If I ever get up the nerve to make a mold, that'll be the first one I make!!

I love this! It gives me so many ideas about other reptiles :) If you want to mold the snake, maybe dust it lightly with cornstarch?
Great idea!! My vote is to try the snake! Perhaps wipe the the oil off it first.
I love the mold maker, I've never seen it before?
Hugs from 🇨🇦
I once brought a cola flavoured giant gummy bear for kids and their friends once. Maybe a giant gummy bear mould 😊 xxxx
Love the croc, kids would love these to play with. Deffo do the snake Claire please, if you use a anti static pouch or a dusting of talc is should hopefully get rid of the stickiness 😊

Love the alligator love it please do the snake
Um we need cola bottle earrings 😉 and fried egg pendants 🤔 endless possibilities 😋
If you're worried about the snake dust it with cornstarch it will get rid of the stickiness and it will work with gummies as well.
Egg shell effect, when i worked at the now long gond Do It All we did this as paint examples to new staff, same with using a plastic shopping bag scrunched :)

Cola bottle earrings though?! Can we?
Please do the snake, but don’t put him in the garden afterwards, please. 🐍 😂
I just saw @MrsLisaCrow just do this with a toy snake snd it came out really awesome.
Encased in silicone for fish tank ornaments?

I just saw @mrslisacrow did this with a toy snake. It's pretty cool, check it out.

This is so weird as my daughter just had one of those snakes the other day but she ate hers and she was wondering why you didn't eat yours lol. Love the mold!! Yes please do the snake 🐍 one x
