I love anything tomato and I have never had this dish. How would you eat this ? Like soup or on top of crusty bread? What is the traditional way to eat this?

Good recipe .. wouldn’t use olive oil though as when you heat olive oil too high the molecular structure of the oil changes and degrades and it turns into a very unhealthy oil, with an unpleasant taste. Olive oil is meant to be drizzled or served on top dishes or on the side in a saucer with some salt and freshly cracked black pepper to dip bread in. In Italy they even mix it with Parmesan or pecorino and dip dread into it. I’d stick to the veg oil to temp it. Love the recipes though.. sometimes when I make it I like to ass freshly chopped basil leaves.
I have to make this once a week for my daughter...she is 3 yrs old but loves tomato choka...thanks for showing me your techniques!💙
