I’m the oldest sibling of 6 & have no husband. The only human spiritual authority over me is my priest. It’s actually a scary place to be.

This was phenomenal and something sorely missing in many people's lives today, especially here in America where we have many overzealous people on the verge of schism because they can't fathom obedience to their ecclesiastical authority because they disagree with it. Thank you so much!
What a strong virtue; it hurts when someone mocks our obedience, I think the wise are both sometimes. To mortify our transgressor, that self-shadow that disagrees with us needs to be impressed with light.
