- (Actual battle begins 15:00) A video guide talking about the various different tactics and stratagems in the game and how overpowered grand tactics can become when executed properly. Using a lvl 20 Lu Bu, against 8 lvl 99 musou strategist on Chaos, I cannot dash or shadow step (therefore no flashy moves or escape from musou) and have to rely on my brilliant strategy to turn the table against EVIL STRATEGIST Zhuge Liang who is threatening to kill my whole family just in time for Christmas.
I recommend everyone to play on hard and chaos, you will find yourself enjoying the game's underlying richness if you actually can rely on your generals and tactics for victory during very weak stages of the game. I spent this whole battle just picking at enemies and running away..like a STRATEGIST! Even had my ass kicked once and had to restart (I can't resist the fighting on the front lines) - but that was all part of my plan, and if it wasn't, it was a strategic retreat! Weapon switching near an enemy officer who is also switching will always give you the upper hand and cancel their switch!

How come you deal such damage with lvl 20 and a simple halberd? I'm level 60 playing normal and I don't cause half that damage to the enemy officers!
Halberd gives speed and damage boost upon switching back
So basically your tactic is Wind altair-Gale and the last is Inferno? But how can you defend your base while you active gale? I have the probelm while defend my base, the enemy officer only took 60 sec to destroy my base even i command to my other officer to defend it->my officer,they are too week in chaos mode
You can have your officers help you. Just give them the order to escort or defend you. When I start my rounds, I usually like to wait for officers to come to me and defeat them as many times as it takes to deplete their spirit gauge. Then I proceed to take the bases nearest to mine so they don't become a threat. Then you activate inferno, wait for it to take place and then build a wind altar. That worked better for me. Same with hailstorm. It's best to activate the large scale stratagem, wait for it to activate and then add your upgrades.
Guess it's too bad they botched the tactics system in that way. But it is awesome to just steamroll opponents that are far better than you witht he use of them.
I'm wondering though. What are all the things you can do in this game? Right now, I'm looking at the dong bai longplay vid and I notice quite a few things that don't make sense to me as of now... Though I'll have to note it when it happens. I do remember you requesting something of a CAW, I think, and that completed an objective. Or, how will you get better attributed weapons.

+Claira Coldhart Through achieving ways of life titles, any that you get will unlock a new tactic. Like flying general will give you the peerless strategy and etc.
Last question can you make it chaos mode free officer? how can you survive in a quest?
Claira Coldhart Not sure what you mean, but if you mean if I can survive as a free officer on chaos then well it was pretty damn tough. Tigers and such can kill me in a hit so I gotta poke them and walk away or do combos, basically the same thing as I am doing but with no margin for any errors
actually right now, I am playing free officer on chaos mode and I always lose. My weapon is not yet powerful. Damn!

I love that part, always wasting resources on shit as camp level upgrades and supply to feel cool... But in japonese i dont understand a shit.
