How do you get your house listed as a vacation rental? A lot of cities have put strict regulations on these homes. In some cases it’s nearly impossible to list it.
You have to get a permit by the city, certain cities have strict regulations or even bans, others allow with certain conditions.
doesn’t pool have to be 5ft away from fence?
You have to look that up in your city regulations. It's different everywhere.
Do you feel like that’s enough swimming room that size pool?
Perfect to cool off in the desert.
But clearly it's not an olympic sized lap swimming pool :-)

Thank you, yes, the TLC200 camera worked just perfect for this.
There is a raised hot tub by the pool and in the corner there is a gas fire pit with bench seating around.

Too much concrete, not enough material contrast
In the desert grass does not stand a chance of survival.
And we also wanted to have low maintenance.
It suits us perfectly.
