Here is my attempt to show you how my Bideli 2KG coffee roaster works. I apologize for the sound. I wanted to keep it as authentic as possible so you could hear how loud it is but it may be hard to hear me at times. Below are my take aways on the machine.
*The machine is very easy to set up and use.
*It hooks up to Artisan and can be done so very quickly.
*The roasts I have done are very even. Errors that I have seen are because of me an not the machine.
* Heat is very controllable but it takes some getting use to if you are new roaster. (I imagine that is every machine).
*For the price, it is great machine to cut your teeth on and learn.
