How to un seize a motor in a Honda ATC or ATV

I forgot to do a video when I actually unsieized the motor but I have been meaning to do a video showing and explaining how to do it so here it is

I used Valvoline and it worked insanely well!!! I just unstuck my Polaris 325 engine!!
