Caramel candy

Do-it-yourself sweet treats. In this video I make caramel candies. Depending on the consistency, we also talk about fudge or toffee. The recipe here will be a soft candy. The ingredients:
- 200g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250g cream
- 1 tablespoon flower honey
Cook the sugar, cream and honey in a non-stick pan, stirring constantly. After 8 to 9 min the sugar caramelizes and turns brown. Then the mixture is poured out onto baking paper and cooled and cut.
