It sure is good to see that others recognize your “giving” nature and are now returning the favor! I have collected knives since I was a teenager and just a couple years back, let my kids pick all the ones they wanted for when I no longer am a collector. Great stories behind your axes!
Thank you Doug! You know what happened when you gave me that knife. That’s another item for my office wall. I don’t really want to use it because it’s sentimental lol.
Pure awesomeness!! You are cut from the same cloth as myself! Treat others how you want to be treated! I joined the Fire department 40 years ago to try and help out the community!
What a great video Bob. I only wish I had some of the axes my grandfather had on the farm back in the 1950’s… hard telling where they are now. I’ve met and talked with Tim Vanduesen… great guy. Your video has me thinking about starting a collection of my own! - Dick
Nice collection. Axes are kinda what got me started on UA-cam. My son had a channel Whackin Axes. He started a channel after people on the Back 40 live wanted to see his work. The rest is history. He has since put his channel on hold so that inspired me to start my channel to stay involved with this great community. You should see my collection 😂Evan has made a ton of them. Take care Bob👊🏻
And thank YOU! We watched as a family while you built that double bit before you shipped it. It was that much cooler unboxing it when it arrived - and then the kids played with the bubble wrap for a half hour. 😂

Hi Bob. I have never seen this video before. I’m glad you have one of my hatchets. Dan at Back40Firewood is a awesome guy. Thanks for the shout out.
@@TimAndOldSaws Thank you Tim!
I can't wait to see your collection display in your office when done. It has been a pleasure meeting with you.
Thanks Bert, likewise!
Axes are awesome...more is the right number.
I think that you are correct. Thanks for watching!
Nice collection and the stories behind them. Agreed, the better you treat people the better you are treated.
Thanks Bill!

Thank you Curt, I appreciate that!
Just saw you at Chis's wood yard making a delivery. I'm glad I did. I'll start following your channel.
Thank you!
This is an axe-ident story that is great to hear!
It’s a happy axe-ident. Thanks for watching!
Great to see the Morso 7110b burning bright in the background! Getting one delivered tomorrow!
It’s an awesome little stove. Did you get the outside air adapter for it too?
I'm getting it installed in a pinewood "shed" with plenty of air exchange!
@@tarkwestron2722 Oh cool, enjoy it!

Thanks Dick! I’m looking forward to some summer campfires using these.
Hi Bob! Pretty cool stories on starting your axe collection! Makes me want to start collecting! Best, -- J. Andre. / Old Iron Acres
Thank you! I’ve since acquired a few more, will have to do an update video this winter.
Great video! Came over from Wolf RIdge, Joe at Ohio and Backyard 40
Thank you!

@@BacktoBob1 Lilly played with the bubble wrap I did not use for 45 minutes haha
I got the bug a few years back. I bought a boy scout axe at a auction for $3.00 in perfect condition and found out they are kind of rare.
Nice! I was in the Boy Scouts but never got an axe. I feel left out now..
