Lime Jello with Cream Cheese

- Here is a great recipe with lime jello blend with cream cheese. But jello in 3/4 cup of boiling water and let jello dissolve and put in blender with the cream cheese and blend for a few seconds and then add 3/4 cup of ice cold water and blend again. Then place in bowl and put in the fridge till congeal.
Lime Jello with Cream cheese
3 oz. lime jello
3/4 cup boil water
3/4 cup ice cold water
8 oz. Cream Cheese

I have never thought about mixing the cream cheese and jello in the blender. Beats having those little clumps of cream cheese in the jello. Thank you.

You could also make it with other flavors of jello. I have more jello. I think orange or strawberry. That would be good too. I would have to get some more cream cheese. Love you so much.
