  • Scarpa's Charmoz Mountaineering Boot is built for the western hunter who wants to go light and fast. It's a full-featured mountaineering boot but a pair weighs just over 3 pounds, and it still has all the essentials you need at high altitudes.
You can buy this boot here: shop.gohunt.co...

    Nice review thanks
Charmoz is not "Charmwah". That would be Charmois

Thanks for this review. You saved me the trouble of discovering my EEEE wide foot wouldn't work. I wish some of these European boot companies would make sizes for big/wide feet. I'm a 16 4E and have very few options. :(

@@GOHUNT Just sent you an email! I wear 14 6E (usually 14W or 15W US) and need a crampon-compatible alpine boot by May. Would be wiling to pay a shop for a one-off custom if needed, if you know of any. Thanks!

How’s the breathability, is there any type of protection on the toe box e.g. composite safety toe like, and what type of shank is there? I work in the outside online construction trade and I’ve seen many lineman wear scarpa for climbing poles.

Does the Scarpa has steel toe ? I do tree work and I'm required to use steel toe. Tanks in advance.
