@@zuhairbakdoud1360 She says I was playing this Sonata for fun when I was a child. But my music teacher played this when my mother died. At that time I understood this sonata contains very deep sorrow and also very deep tender in it. After that day I understood the meaning of this sonata. I am very happy to listen to this piece and thank Mr.Sorita for playing this so beautifully. And I totally agree with her.
Liu is technically good, but I can't stop listening to Sorita. Every note resonates and draws you in. I was flabbergasted when he did not get a full standing ovation for his concerto in the final round. Music critics seem to take all of the passion and invention out of music, which is a crying shame, because this deserves to be heard around the world.
Pan Sorita czuje Chopina jakby urodził się w Polsce. Fantastyczne.
I didn’t know this sonata well. But listening to Mr.Sorita’s play, I became to love this piece!! Thank you,Mr.Sorita. I felt wind, soil, sent of Poland.
Was ist eigentlich gut anaysiertes Tempo?
This is the best rendition for me. It transported me to another dimension.. Full of different colors and shadings. . The third movement was the most touching part. It was so sentimental and very well orchestrated. Repeated listening to it several times. Bravo my winner👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I didn't think Sorita San would get the gold medal but this performance of the B flat minor sonata is just about the best that you could hope to hear. He let the first movement unfold rather than treating it as a showpiece. The funeral march was quietly lyrical, but the finale was a revelation. It was played exactly as written and intended, without aggression and interpolation of his personality. Less is more; the ingenuity, inventiveness and originality of this movement were laid bare. I am sure his sonata impressed the judges, but Kyohei didn't string together enough outstanding performances to capture the gold medal, unlike Bruce who was less inspired but performed more consistently.
Agreed. Playing fast is usually preferred and scored higher in competitions. Although Sorita San has capability of fast playing (checked his Liszt performance), he chose not to. I tend to believe that the way he played in the Competition is for Chopin in his mind.
Whatever happens, Kyohei Sorita’s Piano sounds is the best for me! And I would like to say thank you for having a great opportunity to listen his masterpieces!!!!!!
I keep coming back to this performance, for me one of the best funeral marches I’ve ever heard. Beautiful, moving, serious but light and delicate at the same time, fantastic
Sorita's tone is really beautiful. It's a serious, ecstatic tone. I think it's perfect to hit Chopin with his voice. I was so happy while listening to it. Sorita is the best pianist in my heart.

Your comment is linguistically hard to understand. I would very much like to understand what you are saying.

The first movement repetition just as Chopin intended. Bravo 👏

A full story with lights and darks. Love this sonata ❤️🎼
Realmente brilhante!
Salvei aqui e reouvi várias vezes.
Altíssimo nível.

I love this recording! Kyohei Sorita's playing is really honest and the sound of that piano is absolutely beautiful ❤

I also like his piano. His piano is very clear and very large dynamic and also he can play soft to forte very gradually.
You’re the best! I keep listening to you playing.
Very Convincing makes you appreciate the composer's work!!!!!Thank you Kyohei!!!!!!
Beautiful playing.
Sorita's playing is unforgettable you just want to come back to listen again. He expressed this demanding sonata exceptionally well. Bravo !

Meritava il PRIMO PREMIO.
Hear Bruce Liu's Chopin Op 2 & 22
I really like his playing of “Marche funèbre”. I found that it is so peaceful.
Perfect performance, a true artist
incredible masterpiece. he's playing HIS piano, we feel it
This sonata is great, but I prefer to listen to it as a third round. Sonata - Largo - Polonaise!
I totally agree with your opinion!
Bravissimo
Gorgeous emotional performance that this complex sonata requires. Bravo.
He made Piotr Paleczny proud ❤, thank you!
Lot of people listening to this one.

Bravo👏👏👏
👽💚 Alien says: *Excellent video* Chopin music teleports me out of this world 👽👍+1👈🚀🚀 *I think he has super powers* 🚀🚀
Sorita tells me much more than Liu in this Sonata. As a pianist myself, I must say: Sorita is interesting. Liu is not. :)
I agree 👍🏻
especially for this piece, yes
Marvellous!!!

Bruse. Liou
It moves too much.
The important end ...
Not a fascinating performance.
