Ahhhh, thank you so much for offering this. Years ago I found out about Feldenkrais in my Seattle community and was so impressed with the subtle power of this work. Recently, I have been using some of Ido Portal's work to begin basic movement training again after a couple of intense abdominal surgeries last year and recently have been experiencing sciatica pain, then found the straight jacket video which helped immensely and next led me to you. I am delighted to have found you! Now, off to my physical therapy appointment. I'll see you here again soon.

Some of my clients who also go to physical therapy find it helpful to practice Feldenkrais before a therapy session. It is easier for them to let go of tension and to react to the touch of the therapist.
