@Styxx2018 I've just gained access to a gang of firearms since starting this channel also reloading ammo is the closest thing u can get to a real life unlimited ammo cheat
@@MrDalon37 Thanks for watching 👀! Truly appreciate 🙏 you! My TAC PRO is actually 4.0" (shorter than the Commander length 4.25" older version) due to the crown cut. I am pretty sure that was partly the reason for the name change for the new line up--no longer referencing the length. I actually don't carry them, as I prefer my slimmer pistols for EDC. Plus, I would hate to have those confiscated from me in an unfortunate situation of having to draw my pistol in self defense. 🤣 Again, thank you so much for the kind words. I feel I am only goofing around with my old S22 smartphone and a free video editing software, so you can imagine how elated I am when people actually watch my videos and Subscribe. 🤙🤙🤙 Thank you!!!
@@Styxx2018 You’re welcome bro. Enjoyed your videos. Yeah I totally understand for not wanting them to get taken away for months or years during the investigation lol. I only asked because I edc a Sig Legion 229 and I was comparing the sizes, mine is also a 4” barrel but I think your grip is taller? How ya liking the ports? My 229 is comped and it made my already flat shooting gun even softer. I hear the ports get dirty really fast? Does it also cloud your optic window much? Take care 🤙🏽
@@MrDalon37 Ooh!! Your Legion P229, is it SAO? The Legion mystique!! I love that pistol. The grip is definitely longer than the P229... add an extra finger of grip space before getting to the magwell. It is definitely full size. The ports are AWESOME! Loud and Dirty!!! 🤣 The ports definitely help, but I honestly think my comped pistols feel softer, mainly due to having the added length of the threaded barrel and mass of the comp. More mass of the comp setup vs. removing mass for ports. The V8 design is actually pretty smart, as the fire does not interfere with your field of view through the optic. My experience, my optic gets dirty in my holster from EDC. So, whether it is a standard barrel, comped, or ported, all my optics need a cleaning after each session. Heck, my optic was batting rounds on my Axe FS Hatchet after putting a comp on it, until I swapped the spring to a 15lbs one. Thanks again for the comments! Have a great week!
@@Styxx2018 my 229 is actually da/sa. I’ve since changed the trigger to an Armory Craft flat faced trigger and also swapped out the main spring and sear spring which drastically reduced my da stock pull from about 10lbs to about 5.5 lbs. and sa pull from 4.5 lbs to 2 lbs. I do want a SAO and that’s why I been eyeing the tac pro. Anyway braddah it’s late. So thanks again and have a pleasant week as well. I’ll be subscribing also 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤙🏽
So it’s a question of having the V8 ports or not. No significant benefits to have the ported barrel, other than having it being slightly flatter shooting and louder with concussion attributes and constant exterior barrel difficulty cleaning.
Useless as hell. These handguns are already shooting so flat, the minimal benefit the porting gives you will never outweight all the negatives you listed.
@@arcuz7862 I shot them side by side. The difference is night and day. So much so, I uncontrollably giggled. But, I do feel it is the steel frame that affects it more than ports.
@@arcuz7862 Maybe I am the only one, but I feel my Glocks shoot so much flatter than my 1911s or SIGs due to the aggressive grip angle of Glocks. They just seem more "flippy" to me.
@@arcuz7862 You know.... Glocks are flat shooting due to its low bore axis. With that said, I still don't think I would want to shoot an OEM Glock ever again, because the recoil reduction of a comped or ported barrel is so significant. So, you can imagine the benefits it could give to a 1911, which is more flippy.
