- Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
We're back in Düsseldorf today, and after a rather successful (and enjoyable) trip on the route M3 last time, I thought it'd be good fun to check out this route 721 expansion!
For the price of £8.99 this expansion adds the route 721 onto the Düsseldorf addon. You are required to own the main Düsseldorf map first which we looked at in the last video, as this route won't work standalone.
We're driving a very busy service today from Düsseldorf airport into the city centre, and then back out the other side towards Gothauer Weg. We're using the city spec of bus rather than the Metro spec of bus, which means passengers have to board through the front door only rather than all of them... Given how busy the service is that might not be such a good thing...

Never seen so many people needing a bus, crazy - I don’t really think you should have to pay extra for 1 route - No extra bus - seems wrong

I do agree the paying extra for the route is a shame, especially given how expensive the original Düsseldorf route Addon is, however it’s a decent route (and hectic!!)
Glad to see this route covered. Dusseldorf in general deserves more love in OMSI community.
The only good part of it is the bus and that's about it. The route lacks quality and reuses a lot of freeware assets like all other addons from this developer.

The bus full scenario happened to me yesterday when I wanted to get home from the station.
It was a tiny little solo, and it just soared on past me.

I'd like to give u a tip, to turn on the passenger AC u need to press that middle button with people on the ac controller
the button under the passenger, the one with a little flame, is the auxiliary heat
and, the first button in the up right is the driver AC, u turn that on and then adjust the knobs as u wish

oof, I used to drive these at the company I worked for, what an utter disaster, basically every single one them would break down due to one failure or another each day, major safety issues. they got sold and replaced after 3-4 years of service by the buses they were supposed to replace.

Did anyone else have the problem that the passengers dont go in the bus? Even if everything for the IBIS is entered and set up correctly?

just a little tip, it is pronounced like dieseldorf :)
If u buy rhis add on do u get the map or?
You'll get the map extension, but you need the original Dusseldorf addon from here first otherwise it won't work :)
